Truly an outstanding experience! Damian was our chef at home for a group of eight for a special reunion and celebration over the Thankskgiving long weekend. We asked Damian to supply some snacks, soups and meals while we were on vacation in Canmore. He did not disappoint. It was so awesome to come home to delicious and nutritious meals after a long day of hiking. I hired Damian to cook for our group of 14 to mark a special occasion. Damian curated a beautiful, indigenous-themed three course meal with an amuse-bouche to get the senses rolling. The menu was thoughtful, farm-to-table, and considerate of people's dietary restrictions. The food presentation was stunning and the overall taste of the meal was exceptional.
