Visited this location hoping for a quick in & out experience on our way through heading home. The service was beyond quick…the complete opposite. Only 2 staff appeared to be present and overwhelmed with the volume of orders. Once I paid I painfully waited and watched. Fries were not dropped. I actually had to remind the guy to put our fries in the fryer. It was very obvious the restaurant was over run with online delivery (DoorDash) and the customers in the restaurant were not priority. Not to mention the food looked cold and the wraps were just thrown together. After waiting probably around 20 minutes, my order was finally started. But the first wrap was not right. By this point I had enough and just asked for my money back as I was not going to eat food from this establishment!

Then the icing on the cake the employee tried to return my order but needed his managers pass code and of course couldn’t get ahold of them. So I left with no food without my money, crazy!!! I’m now waiting for a reply from their Regional Manager.

There last Sunday Aug 10th supper hour. Only 1person working. He handled things extremely well, it was busy. Kudos to him!

Do not come here if your on a trip to go somewhere, I was on my way to kelowna from edmonton, I had a long ways to go still, it was just before 8 pm that I got there and just after 9pm when I left. There was only 3 in store orders before me, apparently online orders come first, if you can put up a sign that warns people because I would have never waited that long :(

We walked in and homie just staired at my while making one stick of chicken and waited 10 minutes to take my order. Once the order was he cooked my friends food and not mine. After 10 minutes of waiting he finally put my lamb on the grill and asked me if it was ok if I wait??..... Like dude. I've already been waiting for 20 min and you just realized you have to cook my food??

I don't know if the guy was stoned or something but this was the worst service I've ever received.

DONT EAT HERE!!! PORTION SIZES ARE A JOKE!!! I feel completely ripped off and still hungry. Normally I cannot finish an Opa platter. Everything fit on a small plate. I received almost no salad. A couple of sad pieces of gyro meat. Barely any rice. I was done my meal in a couple mins. This place is a complete joke. Avoid unless you like getting ripped off

I ordered Uber Eats, and it tasted awful.
Definitely not recommending it.

We got Uber Eats around 9:30 and went to our hotel.
The food was awful, not fresh, dry, and tasteless!
It was so disappointing compared to OPA in Toronto!

We're on a road trip driving through Canmore around dinner time. We decide to stop at Opa for a bite to eat and a washroom break. Kind of what most travellers would do to save a bit of time and be efficient. This establishment although it clearly has washrooms intended
for customer use that are clearly visible. There are big signs stuck on entrance door and washroom doors indicating no public use of the washrooms. We turned around and just walked away. We'll take our business elsewhere where proprietors are more accommodating to client needs.

After reading these reviews and visiting some locations in Calgary and BC, I’ve realized that this location is skimping on the amount of food they give. There’s times I’ve gotten a wrap with minimal fillings. Their platters also have one small scoop of rice, salad, and a tiny potato. The meat is also a hit or miss in terms of taste and texture. The workers are great but I can’t help but feel the owner encourages them to do this to save on costs. It was exciting to get an opa but this has just left a bad taste in my mouth

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB
