Can only remark on food as it was delivery. I got the bulgogi beef on sticky rice, pork gyoza and pork/veggie dumplings with a salty soya sauce. Overall this was tasty and fresh. Well cooked and seasoned. Loved the sticky rice in the main dish, but not enough pieces of meat. Julienne veggies were a good accompaniment. I thought the dumplings were great and the gyoza good. I always meant to check Quattro out when I lived here before, and now that I have, I will return to sample more of the menu. Relatively cheap prices for Canmore as well. Thumbs up!

My family and I walked into this restaurant with high hopes, because of the reviews. We were left confused, because nothing about this place is exceptional.
From the mediocre food that arrived suspiciously fast, to the terrible service that made us feel rushed and unwelcomed, this restaurant is a definite “hard pass” for our future trips to Canmore.
I don’t typically write negative reviews about any establishment, but there are many other options in Canmore that will provide a better dining experience.

The attention of the staff was impeccable and very friendly. Highly recommended restaurant in Canmore, it has its own parking and quiet location with a terrace. See you around!!

The crispy pata was really good, highly recommend. If you’re wanting to try Filipino food in Canmore, I recommend getting that. Miki bihon pansit, siomai, and chicken yakitori bowl were also quite good. The sisig (not pictured) has liver and didn’t taste good. They serve Filipino and other Asian cuisine. Had late lunch here and our big group was able to get seated right away. Service was great, our server was really attentive and nice.

The food was a hit and miss. Authentic filipino taste with the sisig! However, portion of the pork belly in our silog was very little, could eat it in 2 bites, and was very crunchy. Also, the sinigang, it wasnt sour! Was a bit disappointed, but still tasted good, just a different flavour. Halo-halo was also a bit disappointing, it wasnt as sweet, tasted more like regular milk with sugar, instead of condensed milk. The ingredients werent blending in well. Also got half a stik-o on top which i was bummed about. Honestly couldnt finish it.
I would like to give this restaurant another try and order something different.
