We stopped by on our last night in Canmore for a quick bite but really wish we would have visited sooner. We got to try the BBQ chicken pizza which was really good. It does have marinara or some other tomato based sauce aside from BBQ which was new to us but it was good. Was super busy but we didn’t have to wait long for a table and the staff was very nice and attentive. Definitely recommend this spot.
The food was quite good and seeing the wood fired oven is an interesting novelty. However, it's also the only bad thing about the place too. We came in after a hike and were seated next to the oven, which made it quite hot, and there doesn't seem to be air conditioning to counter the heat. I get it, but it was just a bit too toasty on a hot day.
The absolute best pizza we've ever eaten. Tasted like authentic Italian pizza. The olives appetizer with olive oil marinade was very good. The service was okay, nothing extraordinary but not bad. Just okay. The restaurant looked clean and had a nice decor, beautiful views of the mountains surrounding through the large openings. Would highly recommend this delicious food! You won't be disappointed.
