We ate here after a long day of flying, driving, and getting settled for our stay. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. I like seeing the brick oven and the cooks at work. There were lots of great combinations on the menu. Good value, too, three of us split the fig and goat cheese salad and the cheesy flatbread with pesto appetizer. I had the chicken and apple flatbread pizza. They were interesting flavors and very well executed. Really enjoyed our experience here.
Ruby is an amazing server, and made our dining experience a 10/10! She had some great recommendations, and gave us advice for what to do in the Canmore area during our stay. The food here is incredible- and the service is even better! I’ll be coming back here whenever I’m in Canmore
Love the feel and vibe of this place. The wood fire smell permeates the restaurant, which I love. The herb salad had a fantastic dressing, but inexplicably came with pineapple pieces. No buys for that addition. The flatbread pizza was very good. Tasty. Not enough toppings but I was expecting it to be light on meats. The cook on the flatbread was amazing, as one should expect. I will certainly return to take advantage of their daily deals. My server, faith, was very pleasant.
