Rustica restaurant is our go to place for a quiet romantic meal with ambience at 10 on a scale of 10. The views through the picture windows overlooking the 18th hole at Silvertip golf course, with Lady Macdonald and Grotto mountain in the background, are amongst the best in Canmore. And the food is outstanding every time. The waitstaff is very attentive and informative. All in all, this is one of our favourite restaurants anywhere!

Incredible service. The waiter was very attentive. I would give it 5 stars. Because of the service. Unfortunately the salmon was dry and not good. The waiter tried to correct it but the kitchen was unable to. I feel bad to give the food such a bad rating considering how incredible the service was.

We had the ribeye and the elk tomahawk. Both were cooked to perfection, with accompanied smoked mashed potatoes and seasonal veg that were both fantastic. The drinks were high class as well. Highly recommend with a gorgeous view of the golf course set in the mountains backdrop.

Just had an outstanding Easter dinner! The delicious smoked elk and the chocolate fondue served in a jar heated by a candle were truly one of a kind. The prices for such a gastronomic masterpiece were very reasonable. Definitely recommended!

Lovely atmosphere and view. Food was amazing from start to finish. There was an extensive wine list so we asked our server for suggestions and were not disappointed with our selection. The caesar salad was amazing-one of the best I have had. We had the sirloin and the elk tomahawk; both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I will definitely be back when I'm in Canmore.

Great experience dining at Rustica for a dinner while on vacation in Canmore. We dined out with our 2 children and the server Michael and manager was so nice and courteous. Our table had a nice backdrop of golf course with snow. We did family style with Risotto and shared the dry aged 30oz porterhouse steak- overall the food was great!

I don’t usually go for medium-rare, but the food at this restaurant completely won me over. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The standout, though, was the crème brûlée. It had the perfect balance of crisp caramelized top and creamy chocolate custard underneath. From start to finish, everything was delicious, and the experience exceeded expectations.
