The Easter brunch was unfortunately terrible. Majority of the food was cold, dried out, and really disappointing.

Lovely atmosphere and view. Food was amazing from start to finish. There was an extensive wine list so we asked our server for suggestions and were not disappointed with our selection. The caesar salad was amazing-one of the best I have had. We had the sirloin and the elk tomahawk; both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I will definitely be back when I'm in Canmore.

Great experience dining at Rustica for a dinner while on vacation in Canmore. We dined out with our 2 children and the server Michael and manager was so nice and courteous. Our table had a nice backdrop of golf course with snow. We did family style with Risotto and shared the dry aged 30oz porterhouse steak- overall the food was great!

Isabelle always makes up feel special. She is the best hostess, server, ambassador for Silvertip. We love the music is low so we can visit. The wood burning fireplace such a nice touch on a morning with snowfall. Idealic stop in the mountains.

Isabelle as always took excellent care of us and made some great suggestions. The Rustica Cesar Salad definitely best in Canmore as were the Scallops Appie. Two of us had the Elk Tomahawk which were juicy and cooked perfectly. And Two had Ribeye's also very good. Our friends were in the wine business and thought the prices & selection were incredibly good value. The crackling fireplace adds a beautiful ambiance to an already lovely atmosphere. As usual Isabelle made the evening fun ! See you soon !

Another amazing dining experience at rustica. Whenever we come to rustica, we always get Stephanie to serve us. Her recommendations on food and wine are amazing and her presence and amazing service our world class. We ordered the fondue to start, which is some of the best fondue I've ever had in my life and followed by the Tomahawk, which was outstanding as well. Do yourself a favour and sit near the crackling fire! Steph and Isabelle the heart of the restaurant will look after you. Until next time Rustica thank you again

What can I say? A great dining experience. The food was phenomenal, we had the elk tomahawks, French onion soup and finished off with the crème brûlée. The vibe inside was so nice, cozy and warm. There’s a HUGE wine selection, something in there for everyone. What stood out the most was the attention to detail from Steph and the Chef that made our anniversary dinner so great. They catered to our specific needs, were very friendly and even sent out a complimentary desert at the end. I love this place and we will definitely be back soon.
Trouble booking reservations. Food was too salty and after eating felt very gassy. My girlfriend got a plate of food that had hair stung across it. Not worth the $$ we spent.

Seasonal pumpkin ravioli was delicious for an appetizer, the complimentary sourdough rustic buns were wonderful. Many steak choices, smoked mashed potatoes were something different and very comfortable food like. The views are beautiful of the Canadian mountains out the windows, I loved. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We had an excellent dinner for our anniversary. Our service was very attentive and warm. We had the filet, duck, and snow crab legs, all delicious. Thank you for the excellent service and evening, we will be back!

The steaks were seasoned and grilled just right along with good potatoes. It is more expensive but just right for special occasions. The view was great. Finally. Our server Steph was outstanding as she had good recommendations, Very pleasant and attentive, and she added to the experience. I recommend this place
