This subway is stingy.
You're paying more for sandwiches here because your in a tourist place/a premium price.
When someone places an order for extra toppings or sauces; that should be followed. I even included extra sauces in the notes as well. I pick up my order and there is missing toppings & not extra sauce as listed on order receipt.
Their bathroom is absolutely 🤮
Their sIt was once good, but idk what happened it's not a good location. I'll bring subway with me from another town for my mountain day trip instead because I know it is made as ordered By the customer & don't cheap out.
There is no extra sauce in the sandwiches you can see it's dry... it needed the heavy sauce as requested.
I'll just whipe my fingers on my clothes😶 Since they don't even give you any napkins in your bag.
Do better. You'll get better reviews & more business. And for a tourist town the bathroom needs a lot of attention.
I ordered ahead, online and it was ready a few mins earlier. I was greeted warmly, even though I was just picking up.
The sandwiches were prepared nicely and it made our picnic lunch with Littles so much easier!
I asked to cut my sandwich in half and one of the staff was rude when she explained that she would charge me more to cut in half .I think that’s a bad business move as it’s a simple request. But regardless iv never been told this before and this will be the last time coming to this location.

Chicken Shawarma rice bowl. I tried this because I had a coupon and wanted non deep fried food for lunch. It was fine. A very tasty and hot Nashville chicken sauce added a lot to this bowl. I disliked the quinoa rice or whatever the hell the base was. Also, as usual with bowls, all the ingredients are segregated and not mixed. Very difficult to get even distribution. It was certainly good enough, but $13.49 regular price is egregious. I won’t buy again.

The service here is abysmal. Incredibly rude and condescending to my wife. Sandwiches made very sloppily. Go anywhere else, like gas stations, for a better experience.
Stopped in for lunch while my car was plugged in to charge up. Had a delicious sub, prepared fast and fresh. Good value and quality ingredients. Great location and nice views while eating.

The Indian girl working here is very rude and indifferent rolled eyes at people and ignore peoples orders and walk around instead of making orders. they should hire more hard-working people than this kind of people.

I placed an order of 10 footlongs for a large group of people and the staff was so accommodating to all of our dietary needs. All of the ingredients were available for us and they filled up all 10 sandwiches with enough toppings. The owner also gave us 6 complimentary cookies for the large order which was pleasantly surprising!
I would definitely recommend this Subway to any staying in the area!

This particular Subway in the past has had great service, however today was completely different.
The first sandwich artist was pleasant, but the second one doing the veggies didn’t communicate at all, until the sauces were offered. I then realized that she had already put the vegetables on, without asking me what I would like. So I asked for olives, and then she closed the sandwich up without further opportunity to customize.
I asked her if they’ve stopped asking for customization and she was defensive, and claimed she asked me, without answering my question. I told her that I didn’t hear her ask for anything other than the sauces and she continued to argue. I told her it’s fine, but that I didn’t hear her say anything to me, and I suggested eye contact so the customer knows they are being addressed. Again she argued, to which I no longer cared to waste my breath. Her defiance and immaturity was not worth my time.
Then I asked if the customer washroom requires a key and she indicated that it might be dirty, blaming a previous family. She hesitated to let me in but then told me that the handrail was broken (I must look like a person who needs a hand rail??), so I told her I won’t be needing any hand rails. ?
The bathroom was indeed filthy with no hand soap, so she was honest about that at least.
I don’t take being called a liar lightly. I have better things to do with my time than to ruin someone else’s day. The young person serving me today was completely out of line and disrespectful, and is a threat to Subway business. I will avoid this business in Canmore in the future.
