Hands down one of our favourite dining experiences in Canmore so far. We will be back again! Mira, our server, was so polite, friendly, and accommodating. The food...my gosh what a delight! We had: Lamb shank - cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spices without overpowering the lamb. Salmon - melt in your mouth with an incredible texture combination to make your mouth sing with joy! The duck cooked two ways was a treat. Duck confit and duck breast with a very pleasant...
Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Very pretty gardens outside that tables are nestled amongst. Food was on point.. Their side salad was generous and had dried fruit and nuts on it... I am assuming the dressing was a house specialty? A Citrus vinegaret that was well balanced. Ample selections of food that were all well prepared and presented beautifully! I Highly recommend adding this establishment to your must go-to list... I usually skip hotel attached restaurants......
This place is a hidden gem. The food quality, presentation and flavors are delicious. Service is top notch, atmosphere is cool. We had dinner here the other night, loved it so much we came back for breakfast the next day. Absolute must go if you're in Canmore, etc.
