The staff is top notch and the food is incredible . The tuna stack is to die for . Can't go wrong with any of the menu choices . 10/10 .
Amazing service, portions and price for what you get. ❤️
Ceasar salad was good. Seafood pasta was disappointing, at 35 per plate, they should be using real scallops. Instead, they used fake, processed fish ball textured scallops that tasted bad. Pasta itself was pretty bland not over cooked.

We stopped at The Grande Kitchen & Bar in Canmore for lunch on our way from Calgary to Banff, and it was a pleasant surprise. The vibe is cozy, tucked inside a resort, and our waiter was very friendly and helpful throughout the meal.
The menu has a good variety—salads, pasta, pizza, and even brunch options (still available after 12, which is nice). They also cover vegetarian and gluten-free needs, plus a kids’ menu, so it works well for different groups.
We tried the pasta, which came with a lot of bell peppers, giving it a slightly sweet flavor. My burger was customized because of my allergies, and they were really accommodating about it. It was tasty, though I did notice a bit of that strong meat aroma—probably just me adjusting since I’m new to eating meat again after years of being vegetarian.
Overall, food was solid, the setting was comfortable, and the service made the stop worthwhile. Prices are in the $20–30 range per person, which feels fair for the quality and variety. A good lunch spot if you’re passing through Canmore.

Service is great and staff are friendly but it’s nothing special. Typical hotel restaurant food. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
Pizza is thick and hefy. Burger was good too but very oily and dripped a good bit.

Really awesome food. Had the Salmon sandwich and it was so good and the side chips that came with it were unique and very good as well. My girlfriend had the chicken Alfredo linguine and it was very good too, we both enjoyed the food a lot.

Great restaurant inside a hotel. Outside seating area is not a particularly attractive place to eat but inside is fine, and the ribs are outstanding! Large portions of well-flavoured ribs, with a discount available on Mondays.

Amazing hidden gem attached to a hotel. We had fantastically prepared meatballs as well as a brilliant steak - at incredibly reasonable prices. Recommend the Montepulciano if you’re going for red - looks to be by far the best value wine on the menu. Super quick and friendly service as well

One of the waiters was extremely rude to tourists as well as his colleagues, but luckily our waiter was friendly and attentive.
Food portions are generous and everything tasted great, highly recommended and will come back.

Great food and variety in an upscale but casual setting. Service is good and would come back again. Better than most restaurants in Canmore.
