We arrived around 5pm on Friday night and were quickly seated. Our server was very accommodating when we asked to move to the balcony. We ordered the Leslie’s Buffalo Jump Pizza and it was so good. Perfect for 2 hungry ladies- we ate the whole thing! Price was reasonable. I would go again!
Awesome local brewery in Canmore with great views, immediate seating and friendly staff
Excelente drinks , food and service!
This was our first time here, we sat in the sun. Food and service was phenomenal. Honor was our waitress. A must do in Canmore!
Terrible service. We got sat and waited for someone to come serve us or even acknowledge us. 15 min later a table of ladies beside us sat down and within 1 min got waters. We instantly got up and left and the manager was trying to get us to stay. I will not be spending my money at a place like this.
Great beers, and an excellent brewery tour. Reuben took me through the brewing process with a “hands on” demo, from selecting malts, grinding them, pouring on hot water and then tasting both the resulting wort and final beer. Tour also included the canning line and four tasters.
The dining experience at Grizzly Paw Taproom was underwhelming. There was no one at the door to greet us, so we had to ask the bartender for a table. We were simply told to sit wherever we liked. The bartender eventually came over to take our order but never introduced himself or mentioned if there were any drink specials.
The food was fine, but nothing memorable. What stood out most was the lack of service. During our entire visit, no one checked in to ask how our food was or if we wanted another drink, and we even had to ask twice for the bill before finally getting it. It was hard to tell if the bartender was having a rough day or if he just didn’t care, but either way, the experience left a lot to be desired.
Great food, service and views. We didn’t have to wait for a table on the patio upstairs. Great views of the mountain. Hubby had a flight that he enjoyed. We also go the caprese dip and I’m still dreaming about it.
The view was stunning! The beers were really good that we came back a second day to grab some of their ready canned beers. Unfortunately, the food fell short. I had the alberta brisket sandwich which was flavourful, but nothing special. Tank310 chicken wings were covered in a sweet sauce. Thought the steak was slightly tough. Waiter was really friendly and nice when attending to us.
Giving 4 stars just for the beers.
I would just like to say I buy the grizzly greyhound cocktail and it is amazing. The fact that it has no chemicals in it or dies is what I find incredible about your products. Please keep up the great work and keep your alcohol chemical free. Thank you.

Just went this Thursday. Food was cold after we finally got the it to the table. The staff seemed like they had better things to do than to serve us. I was here before it was 5 stars.this time around was a waste of time and money. Hopefully this was a one off. Always recommend this spot but will not be going back for a while:
Great beers and food. Loved the summer shandy, nut brown and the brisket sandwich with yard tots! Marie provided quick and friendly service! Thanks!
Nice place and good ambiance but very slow service. It was somewhat busy but not packed, mid afternoon on a Saturday. Please put some more servers on.
Visited this location twice whilst I was in Canmore, as it was only down the road from where we were staying, both times were great! I sat outside the first time and my server was very knowledgeable about the selection of drinks available and made some fantastic recommendations, she was very attentive, super friendly and chatty! The second time I sat upstairs and tried a selection of different beers with a light bite to eat. Great location with spectacular views of the mountains. The other location in town nearby is also worth visiting too!
First time going to this location. We love the downtown location. This is also quite good, but the downtown has better food options for kids/teens.
