Incredible all around
I mean... Come on!
We had a fantastic time at Grizzly Paw Taproom in Canmore! It’s a perfect spot for families—very kid-friendly with a warm, welcoming vibe.
The pizza was delicious with a perfect crust, and the hummus dip was fresh, flavorful, and a big hit at our table. The food came out quickly, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The decor is cozy and stylish, with beautiful mountain views that make the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend for families visiting Canmore!
We’ve returned to this Brewery several times and always leave with satisfied smiles—the food is consistently delicious! The menu is full of solid, flavorful options that hit the mark every visit.
One small change we’ve missed: previously you could order the hikers hummus downstairs, even though the menus are now separate between levels. That creamy, flavorful hummus was our go-to starter downstairs, and we’d love to see it return to the downstairs menu—it was always the highlight.
Overall, a great spot with consistently tasty dishes—just hope that beloved hummus makes a comeback soon!
2 Burgers on disposable plates + 2 Beers and an $80 bill for their outdoor patio menu. Not great value- over priced for the tourists.
Came for an appetizer, left with a memory. Order the fried cauliflower bites
NOT DOG FRIENDLY! Their website says there is a section of the patio that is dog-friendly, but they really just want you to tie your dog up on a tiny patch of astroturf in an area that is walled off from the actual patio, so when you go to eat you won't be able to see or interact with your dog whatsoever. If you don't want dogs at your restaurant just say that.
When between of food/beverage choices, we stick with this one. Best crafted root beer!
It was such an amazing experience at the Grizzly Paw Tap Room. Our server Ashleigh was exceptionally kind and wonderful! She recommended their new seasonal brew (Dark Cherry Sour) and gave us some history about it, and I have no regrets trying that out! I'm not much of a drinker to begin with, but this brew was great!!
Our food was exceptional!! Ordered the chicken pot pie, which was beautifully made with a wonderful crust & side salad. As well as the Beef Stroganoff, which packed a punch in flavor!
If you are passing through Canmore or visiting for the weekend, I would say you can not miss out on trying this restaurant! I will be back for sure!
Very good beer and food.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. A server spill beers on all of our clothes (jackets, pants) which needed dry cleaning, costed us more than $100. And we paid full price. Ruined our trip
Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars
Cool place. Great beer. Nice scenery with the mountains.
Food is overpriced.
Located very close to various Canmore lodges, hotels and a bustling area, Tank310 on the upper floor of the taproom provides a nice variety of food along with their already famous and awesome collection of house beers! I tried the Powder Hound blonde ale along with a Brisket sandwich and both were delicious. Will definitely visit again and get the running elk next time!
