Absolute rip off. Ordered the butter chicken pouting at the Canmore Highlands Games and was so disappointed. Firstly waited $20 mins for them to cook it, only be to served the most pathetic size plate with less than a handful of fries and 1 tiny piece of chicken plus a few potatoes. Paid $20 (with tips) for this. Would have had a more satisfying experience if I ordered fries from McDonald's and added a can of butter chicken sauce for less than half the price of what I paid. Will never order from here again.

This is a nice little find for us! Amazing food! I ordered chips with samosa beef, with mango chutney. This was so good that I would have ordered a second plate (unfortunately I had to attend a dinner elsewhere in a few hours).

It’s a unique little café.They offer fresh Indian food and some creative Indian-Western fusion items. The drinks we had were both delicious. We appreciate it being a quick grab place without long waits.

Nice place to eat, the fish and chips is good there, however, the portion sizes are extremely small for what you pay for. Especially for the cheesy chips. It was $9 plus tax and tip for the cheesy chips seen in the photos.

My family and I just stopped in for a bite and I had the best chicken korma and veggie samosa and my husband and kids had the best fish and chips!! The French fries are fantastic and my son said that the tartar sauce is the best he has ever had! Will definitely be back…so good

Just stumbled across this place randomly looking for something a bit different. Ordered some fish and chips and a few samosas and was blown away with how good this was. The fish and chips alone was incredible. Huge piece of fish and the fries were so so tasty. The veggie samosas with the tomato and mango sauces completely hit the spot. This place feels like one that the locals go but is overlooked by tourists like me. One of my favorite spots I've eaten at.

Great atmosphere and excellent food. You can really tell they put their heart and soul into the restaurant and the food. I can't wait to eat here again!

Was very disappointed....the food had no taste at all.i have a problem when they even call its an Indian cuisine. Did order garlic Naan with Aloo chole. The Naan was like a Pita bread and the curry was like just boiled together without any taste. Was such a waste of money.Writing this just to let you know ..you can improve the quality ,pls don't consider as a negative comment, as I know what it takes to build a business. I wish you all the very best.

Went for a quick snack. Had beef vindaloo samosa and regular beef samosas. Ordered a hot chocolate as well. Food was tasty and good portion size. One fewer star for the price. I understand being it in Canmore and all. But the price is a tad expensive overall. The view from the cafe is great. They don't have coffee. But you can have tea.
Chips were really nice. The cheesy chips uses a cheese sauce, but it’s delicious. Super strong English cheddar taste. And the crusty cobs are so good! Shop is good, selling English produce like Cumberland sausages, scotch eggs and twiglets! Also tried the aloo Gobi which was mild but still tasty.

Popped in and had an amazing chip butty to celebrate my 40th bday. Awesome staff and settings and was even more excited when I saw their English food section so picked up some Proper bacon to end the day just right

I am a local of Canmore and I have been trying to find a place with a memorable breakfast that keeps me coming back. Finally! After seeing a post about this cafe now offering breakfast, I gave it a shot. My gosh, the English breakfast is so hardy and delicious. It had English bacon, homemade sausage (2 of each), toast, grilled tomato, sautéed mushrooms, eggs and beans. So very tasty and worth every visit:)

The Alu Chole (chicken and potato vegan curry) is very tasty! I would have liked it spicer though. It was also nice to get some spices and chai from their market! Updated from previous review on 2022-01-23
