Got ice cream here as we visited Canmore for the weekend. My sister and I got birthday cake and vanilla flavour, respectively. They were great! The serving is quite generous.
The service is even better. We had the same lady serve us. She was super genuine and helpful. Didn’t catch her name, but she’ll know who she is if she ever reads this post!

Sign outside says closed at 9:00. We went at 8:40 and it was closed and they were in there looking at us and laughing. Ruined my birthday!! Don’t post hours and close before posted hours.

Checked out what time the store closed went back at 8:40 to treat my friend as it was her birthday but it was closed. Knocked on the door employees just looked at us and laughed!!! Never will go back poor customer service!!
