The only thing sweeter than the ice cream here is Merlin and his family! Very welcoming and caring. They helped us plan the rest of pur trip here in Banff and gave us some insider tips. Definitely recommend! Try the birthday party flavor!

Went for a birthday ice cream to this shop. I mentioned the staff that's what I was doing when they asked how is my day and they treated me like a queen. Legends❤️
Loved it. Had the double scoop of cookies & creme and coconut. The young lady behind the counter was super sweet. Definitely recommend.

Come on dawg, at least use something local not Chapmans Ice cream (crappy grocery store ice cream brand for the unaware tourists), 1 star!

I was very disappointed when I saw that they’re only using Chapman’s ice cream and almost $6 a scoop! there is nothing special because a litter of Chapman‘s ice cream you can buy for three dollars in the store so I thought it’s Foothills creamery or some specialty ice cream but it’s an ordinary ice cream sold in a fancy waffle cone. Would rather go to McKay’s ice cream in Cochrane.
