Exceptionally good. Everything we had was top notch. Balanced flavours, exquisitely tasty. Menu isn't that extensive but our group had a wide selection of menu items available, and all members of the party said it was superlative. Great service. I would happily recommend this as an event space or as a restaurant. Be prepared that it doesn't feel like a traditional restaurant. I think they are mostly a rentable event space at this point, but it's worth checking out....
I wanted to write about this experience for a while. Finally, here writing about our Chef’s mystery menu that was a four course amazing culinary experience. The view of the 3 Sisters from the window side sitting was gorgeous! They mostly run their event business and the restaurant is a very small outlet to get the glimpse. After we ran a half marathon in Banff, this was quite the treat. It started with an Amuse Bouche, a fish dish with crispy mushroom and a delicious salsa,...
Waiter was great, and the appetizers were good, but the palate cleanser had something floating in it and the turkey leg was cold. For a place called the sensory, heat should be a thing to pay attention to.
