Way overrated. We had a reservation and we waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes while I watched 3/4 hostess move chairs and umbrellas. I made eye contact and nothing, not even acknowledged. The service was extremely poor and not timed. We ordered cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The appetizers came out before we got our cocktails and I heard a hostess tell another table that the bar was way backed up. That is crazy to me when I watched one employee rolling cutlery in a napkins that sat on a table the whole while we were there. Then we weren't even done the appetizers and out food came out. One steak was way over cooked, sauce was missing on one dish, nothing was hot. The food was warm but not hot. Our server was doing his best but seemed like he had too many tables as he was inside, outside, everywhere. The steaks without the sauce was very bland, I don't think it even had salt or pepper. Very disappointing.

The summer watermelon and strawberry spinach salads were a generous portion and very flavourful. The Alberta Beef Cheeseburger was delicious along with the fries. Service was prompt and our server was friendly and helpful in providing a high chair for our accompanying toddler. We dined inside and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with a nice view of the mountains. It is also downtown amongst all the shops, so we were able to enjoy a nice stroll browsing after supper.

Great mojitos! The steaks were cooked well and good quality but surprisingly there was no salt and pepper on the table and we didn't see our server for about 15 minutes to request some. Eventually someone in our party got up and looked inside the restaurant and found some but none of the outdoor tables where we were sitting had any. Spending that much for a steak I would have thought it would have been more readily available.

Food was super! Our party of 5 had a variety of meals and everyone was hot upon arrival and very flavourful! My nephew's steak was cooked perfectly! Our server was lovely and knowledgeable.

It was great! Loved the vibe, prices are great, patio is huge (didn't use it because it was raining), inside bar side has a great atmosphere. We got the bison burger with sweet potato fries, you get a very good portion. Everything tastes delicious! Will definitely go there again!

Our waitress was lively and super helpful. Unfortunately the food was not. The salmon teriyaki, which is a signature dish, was dry, and the rice tasted like it was microwaved. The salmon can with dried teriyaki sauce, and when I asked for some actual sauce for my rice and veggies, I was was given a cold bowl of teriyaki sauce that clearly just came out of the fridge. If this is a signature dish, I would assume everything was home made but the sauce was not. After reviewing other reviews, I see I wasn't the first person to ask for actual sauce for their teriyaki dish. My husband ordered steak that was under cooked so much so the waitress noticed it before we could even say anything. The waitress was super apologetic , but no manager came over u til we asked to speak with her. She was aware we were unsatisfied but didn't come over to apologize on her own. Once you hear you have an unhappy customer, you initiate the conversation. We were offered complimentary dessert as well as a % off our bill for the food. Unfortunately we won't be returning

We had a lovely lunch birthday celebration at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the meal delivery was perfect. The food was delicious. The salmon burger was cooked perfectly and the chicken karaage burgers were excellent. We ate inside and it was nice and cool on a hot day. My daughter enjoyed her free birthday cheesecake. We will be back!

Food was great. We told waitress about son's food allergy and what he wanted to eat. She said she would check but didn't come back. They then served my son the food. Luckily we asked if they had double checked the allergens, because they HADN'T checked and had served my son food that would have caused a reaction. Not ok.
