Very kind service! Staff were friendly and happy, great energy. Coffee and hot chocolate were perfect after a long day of hiking. Visiting but will stop by several times during our duration here.

Came to the drive thru to grab some food on on our way to Calgary, disappointed to have missed my breakfast because there was hair inside my croissant.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Tim Hortons on Railway Ave has compelled me to share my concerns. Your response to my previous review was equally disappointing. Asking me to complete a survey to address a mistake you made is not an acceptable solution—just fix the issue and move on.
It’s clear that your replies to negative reviews are generic and lack sincerity. I’ve been a regular customer at this location due to its proximity to work, but after this experience, you’ve lost my business.
The ongoing complaints about cleanliness and service should be a wake-up call for your team. Instead of directing people to a survey (which I couldn’t even complete because I wasn’t given a receipt), focus on taking meaningful action to address these issues.
I won’t be returning, and I can’t, I won’t recommend this location to others. Reading other reviews about flies in the donut display made me question whether I might have unknowingly consumed fly eggs from the donuts I purchased in the past. It’s an unsettling thought and something that should be addressed urgently.

We went to the drive thru to get some breakfast, when my wife was about to take a bite in the cheddar croissant there was a strand of hair inside the sandwich, too bad my daughter already took a bite and didn’t notice it. The hair was tuck in the croissant.
We were never given a receipt, November 29, 8:35am. We weren't able to come back to the store coz we just found out when we’re already in the highway. Now that left my wife hungry and grumpy. I hope they focus on quality instead of speed sometimes, the staff here always seems in a hurry but never notices simple things.
