I would recommend Chris and TDS catering to anyone looking to cater a large meal in the Canmore area. Chris was extremely responsive when I initially reached out to find out more. He helped me come up with a meal plan for a group with many dietary restrictions that would work for all. On the day of the event, Chris came exactly when he said he would, set everything up for our dinner party and came back at the end for clean up. All of the people in our party were extremely happy with the dinner and many said it was very delicious and fresh. Payment was easy, we did it by invoice that I paid ahead, with tip, so I didn't need to deal with it on the day of. I really liked that feature. Thanks so much Chris, you are a rock star!

Chris and his team catered my wedding October 6th. From initial contact, he was very friendly and professional. I was indecisive as to what I wanted to do for a meal and he provided multiple quotes for the different meals that I was considering. He was always very quick to respond and patient when I emailed him with questions. His prices are so reasonable. When it came to the wedding day, he was beyond organized and had the food out on time with our schedule. The food itself was amazing. He made the seasoned roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, Greek salad, carrots, and Caecar Salad. He also included gravey, 2 amazing homemade sauces for the Chicken, buns, coffee and tea and assorted desert squares. You get alot of good quality food for a reasonable price. I had numerous guests tell me that it was the best chicken they have ever had. It was very well seasoned and moist. The salads were very crisp and fresh. The overall meal was amazing, and it looked as good as it tasted. The food was presented in a very neat way, and was very organized. I am beyond happy with the job that Chris and his team did. As a person he is patient and professional, and as a Chef he is amazing!
