This place is a BUSY BUSY BUSY. It's like a train station of Canmore - but for food. It's a great place for food. Still works on the apps to prep your food faster. HOWEVER, my only negative thing about this is the bathroom. There are only 3 stalls in the women's washroom and constantly out of soap, toilet paper and because of how busy it is, it's not always the most hygienic spot. And it's literally quite small, so when there is a line up, it can feel like sardines. I have nothing but good things to say about the people - they are all just working to get the job done and attend to customers - I just wish there could be a separate cleaning crew who can keep things up to par. Other than that, I'm happy this exists, because sometimes we just crave a burger in the mountains!

Franchisee is very cheap and greedy. I'm sure if you raised it they'd plead that Canmore has a high cost of doing business. Not with a staff entirely comprised of people on the TFW program it doesn't. Does not participate in coupons or promotions, only full price for everything. Having experienced this before on my last visit, I forgot and stopped in again. I will remember for sure to go over to McDonald's instead! Other fast food outlets in town accept coupons and promotions.

Drive through lunch order was excellent. My Dave's Double was very fresh, all the trimmings and the beef patties. My wife's classic chicken sandwich was also very good. Attendant was polite and helpful. Order was quick. No real atmosphere to speak of, but it is a fast food drive through.... We've had worse in the city.

Called in here by pure chance, after visiting Canmore on our way to Banff. My two burgers were absolutely delicious, and were made to order in no time at all. Keep up the good work guys! 😋

I ordered a Baconator fr this location and they had the nerve to sell me single Patty's not once but, twice. Scam artist fox lakers, never trustthem again.

Krabby Patty Kollab combo. Burger is essentially a cheeseburger deluxe with a unique sauce added. I feel like it is a hybrid between french, ranch and thousand island dressing. It worked. Messy though. Fries were inconsistent, with many small burnt and overcooked pieces. The pineapple frosty was surprisingly good. I dislike pineapple but can usually tolerate its flavour in food and drinks. This iteration is on the higher end of pineapple flavouring. Way above my expectations. I redeemed an offer and this store has a completely ridiculous and unacceptable practise. Redemptions must be placed on til number 1, but you have to pay with cash. That til does not accept card. This is pure idiocy and must be rectified. To the staff’s credit, though, they allowed me to order and redeem and pay on a separate old debit machine. I thank the staff for this and give them five stars because of it. Also, I love Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers as a chain. It rules.
Parking: Very busy spot with Tim Horton’s, 7 Eleven, Wendy’s and Craig’s Family Restaurant occupying the same lot. Heed caution while walking to the 1 entrance as you will have to pass by the drive thru and parking lot entrance/exit to do so.

Don’t go here. Guys messed up my order. I went back and told them and they refused to fix it since I didn’t realize right away and took a couple bites of my burger. Guy was accusing me of lying saying he made my burger perfect etc and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Guy was yelling at me. Finally he tried to give me Another wrong order! I’m like what the hell is this?! And he keeps arguing. I’m talking 10 -15 minutes back in forth in the drive through. Holding everyone up. Finally another guy comes around the corner and gives me the food I paid for earlier. And I leave. Then I’m sick to mu stomach for 4 days. Never felt that way before. I’m convinced they did something to it. The pain would not go away whatever I tried. Unbelievable. This happened over a year ago but it was on my mind, I was telling my buddy

The drive-through employee yesterday was unprofessional, rude, and did not listen worth crap. I had two people talking to me over the speaker, one demanding me to go to the second window. Then I ordered and he didn't listen to me when I said "I also need a medium Coke" so he messed up the order and forgot the Coke to which I then had to say it again after getting our food that we needed a Coke and then had to pull my card out again to pay for it. Not to mention all the contents in the bag were a mess and looked thrown in. The top of the paper bag was also completely rolled up and the fries were lukewarm. I have never experienced such a disaster of service and I refuse to ever return to this location.

the man running the drive through this morning was incredibly rude. Not a single other person in the drive through but I guess I took too long putting the drinks in the cupholder ??? he basically threw the straws in my face and said “MAAM” aggressively. not usually one to complain but I’ve never experienced anything like it before
