Krabby Patty Kollab combo. Burger is essentially a cheeseburger deluxe with a unique sauce added. I feel like it is a hybrid between french, ranch and thousand island dressing. It worked. Messy though. Fries were inconsistent, with many small burnt and overcooked pieces. The pineapple frosty was surprisingly good. I dislike pineapple but can usually tolerate its flavour in food and drinks. This iteration is on the higher end of pineapple flavouring. Way above my expectations. I redeemed an offer and this store has a completely ridiculous and unacceptable practise. Redemptions must be placed on til number 1, but you have to pay with cash. That til does not accept card. This is pure idiocy and must be rectified. To the staff’s credit, though, they allowed me to order and redeem and pay on a separate old debit machine. I thank the staff for this and give them five stars because of it. Also, I love Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers as a chain. It rules.
Parking: Very busy spot with Tim Horton’s, 7 Eleven, Wendy’s and Craig’s Family Restaurant occupying the same lot. Heed caution while walking to the 1 entrance as you will have to pass by the drive thru and parking lot entrance/exit to do so.

Don’t go here. Guys messed up my order. I went back and told them and they refused to fix it since I didn’t realize right away and took a couple bites of my burger. Guy was accusing me of lying saying he made my burger perfect etc and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Guy was yelling at me. Finally he tried to give me Another wrong order! I’m like what the hell is this?! And he keeps arguing. I’m talking 10 -15 minutes back in forth in the drive through. Holding everyone up. Finally another guy comes around the corner and gives me the food I paid for earlier. And I leave. Then I’m sick to mu stomach for 4 days. Never felt that way before. I’m convinced they did something to it. The pain would not go away whatever I tried. Unbelievable. This happened over a year ago but it was on my mind, I was telling my buddy

The drive-through employee yesterday was unprofessional, rude, and did not listen worth crap. I had two people talking to me over the speaker, one demanding me to go to the second window. Then I ordered and he didn't listen to me when I said "I also need a medium Coke" so he messed up the order and forgot the Coke to which I then had to say it again after getting our food that we needed a Coke and then had to pull my card out again to pay for it. Not to mention all the contents in the bag were a mess and looked thrown in. The top of the paper bag was also completely rolled up and the fries were lukewarm. I have never experienced such a disaster of service and I refuse to ever return to this location.

the man running the drive through this morning was incredibly rude. Not a single other person in the drive through but I guess I took too long putting the drinks in the cupholder ??? he basically threw the straws in my face and said “MAAM” aggressively. not usually one to complain but I’ve never experienced anything like it before

What happened????? I used to come to this location every time I drove home from Banff but yesterday was my last straw. First off, the cleanliness of this place is 0/10. The bathroom facilities are so dirty. When ordering, the staff at the till had no idea what he was doing so a kitchen staff had to help him. With the gloves he used to prepare food, the gentleman tapped on the screen to help his colleague. When returning to the prep line, he never changed his gloves and continued preparing food. Neither me or my friends ended up eating the food, we were so grossed out. I will be reporting this to AHS. Disgusting.

The entire building (Wendy's/Tim Hortons) should be condemned! No exaggeration!!! My bar is set low for fast-food establishments however this place deserves negative "stars". The service is painfully slow, the tables and floors look like they've never seen a drop of soap and if you've been.... you know what I mean when I say "ugh... the bathrooms are the absolutely worst!"... I've been to cleaner resto's in 3rd world countries. Reported my "concerns/issues" to Alberta Public Health... doubt they'll do much... as when I submitted my information, I saw that they have received MANY citations in the past... the last one being a couple of weeks ago. Surprised we didn't get sick from eating there... if they can't keep the patron side clean (where people see, sit and use)... just imagine what the kitchen and backroom look like. Ewwww. Gross. Yuck!
For carnivores... they charge about $3.50 for a 4OZ Patty. Not the greatest as other wendys I've found charge as low as $2.... but this is Canmore not surprised it's more

I’m sorry to say we will never return to this Wendy’s in Canmore! We love the food at Wendy’s and go regularly in Red Deer, but our fries were cold and rubbery, the burger mush and the chicken fried too a hard crisp. The biggest issue was how dirty the place was! Filthy! Not only did we not want to touch any door, but other clients were using their coats to open the doors to the bathroom. Cleaning the bathroom would be a bonus. If this owner would just hire a staff member to clean, they would draw more patrons with better reviews.

Their food is good but coffee need improvement especially they're in the same building as Timmys. Wendy's at 50st Edmonton made their coffee perfectly. With good food and coffee for breakfast at Wendy is the best.
