Never been in a dirtier washroom.
I can’t believe what I witnessed. Even the floors of the restaurant are gross.
The door to the washroom has filthy fingerprints.

This needs an intervention.

The MOST disgusting Wendy’s I’ve been to and the worst bathroom in existence, not fit for use. 3 stalls in the women’s bathroom, one is out of order, another has what I hope is water all over the floor and the entire toilet seat on the ground against the wall, and the third is functioning but absolutely disgusting. Then there’s no paper towel to dry your hands and the air dryer doesn’t work. On brand for Wendy’s I suppose. When we informed the employees the bathroom was not ok the first man was annoyed but fine, the second however decided to argue that he had refilled the paper towel in the last 30 minutes so it’s not their fault it’s out. First, I am quite sure it wasn’t refilled but even if it was, it is absolutely your job to ensure it stays filled and usable ?? How would that not be your responsibility ? I pointed out the bathroom floor is absolutely filthy and the sheet they’re supposed to fill out when it’s been cleaned has no date and shows it was cleaned one time at 7pm. Since it’s 2pm it clearly hasn’t been touched in the last almost 24 hours and probably not for at least a week considering the state of the place. He kept arguing and lying that they clean it all the time and it’s not their fault. Highly recommend to just drive past this place and head to the McDonald’s 100 ft down, will probably be less disappointed and argued with by staff who think their literal job is not their job. A simple “thanks for letting us know we will sort it out” would have been more than enough but they chose arguing was more on brand. Embarrassing honestly.

This place redefines “rock bottom” in the fast-food industry. The washrooms? A biohazard zone that should qualify for government funding as a Superfund site. The parking lot looks like it’s sponsored by the local landfill—bring a shovel if you plan on finding your car afterward. And the “dining” area (and I use that word the way toddlers use “art”)
 let’s just say I’ve seen cleaner picnic tables at raccoon family reunions.

Honestly, the only thing fast about this place is how quickly you’ll regret stepping inside.

The franchisee for this location is laughably cheap. They do not accept Wendy's coupons, what an absolute joke. Go literally anywhere else in town, you'll get better service and god knows you'll get better food.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. The ladies room is consistently filthy. I've brought this to their attention many times, and they dont seem to care. The toilets are always filthy, clearly no one knows to clean all the way to the floor. And the floor is always filthy with rubbish on the floor and dirt built up in the corners. Gross!!

The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was hot. However, the restaurant seating area was completely dirty. The windows have a film and numerous hand prints and debris on the window sills. The general cleanliness was poor. Had I been looking before order, I’m certain I would have chosen to eat elsewhere.

Served my fries with his fingers inside the packaging
 lost my appetite! Fries wasn’t tasted the same as what we had so many times before in other Wendy’s! We went because we only like the most Wendy’s fries but this one was a huge disappointment! Will never go again and the place were so dirty! Terrible experiences for both me and my husband which we are a big fan of Wendy’s!!
