This distillery is phenomenal. Everything we tasted from cocktails to flights was delicious. The bartender, Rick, was incredibly knowledgeable about their product and spirits in general. He spent a bunch of time talking with us and telling us about how everything is made. Would 100% come back!
Rick was very knowledgeable. Showed passion for the story, product and process. Very engaging. Loved the tour and the product sampling. Disappointed that when we arrived at the Tasting Room and ordered cocktails that there was no appetizers, charcuterie boards as advertised on the web site available. The bag of chips that we bought cheapened the experience. Too bad. If you're serving spirits, substantial snacks such as cheese and crackers to absorb the effects of alcohol...
Friends, this place is an excellent time. If you get the bartender/manager Rick expect for the experience to be elevated at least 10x. The drinks are incredible, the ice cube is the largest cocktail ice cube I have ever seen which itself is so impressive (large ice cubes in block form make the whiskey experience so much better and this one is top notch). And the black walnut bitters is top notch, for an old fashioned drinker it is fantastic.
