It's small town charm but the food is really good. The staff is friend and the price is good. Something for everyone since they also have all day breakfast.

Great family run business. Love their pizza, it is very cheesy. Their cheesy bread is a perfect treat meal for kids for a busy mom. All their meals are amazing, they put a lot of care into their flavours, no meal has disappointed me. Great place to go for Indian food too. I haven’t tried their online ordering yet.

Ordered take out and it was nothing special. Servings were small and while the food was fresh it just didn't taste good.

Interior/patio needs some loving but look pass that because the food was excellent.

We had pizza and it had to be the best we've had in town.

The Reuben was spot on and very tasty.

Service was service. Nothing to complain about. With a little training it can improve.

Very good food here, the pizza is delicious and they do not skimp on the toppings or cheese. Veil was great, burgers are big and not frozen patties. Veggies were fresh and well cooked. Steak was good but a little well done. Overall will for sure go back and recommend to others.

I take my family here regularly. The food is amazing every time we go. Great that I can have curry and rice and the kids can have great pizza. I even take a pizza home for myself every time. Great service and always friendly staff. Wish I lived closer, I'd be there even more often!!!

We had an amazing meal at the Urban Eatery! We tried the chicken korma and the veggie wrap. Both were fresh, made with care, and super tasty! Looking forward to a return visit, so many great choices on the menu. Thanks!!

We are regular customers now for 1.5 years. We love the gluten-free options, which makes it fun for us to eat out and try new things.
Lately, we have been enjoying the dinners with mashed potatoes and veggies. We usually get takeout because of our schedules.
The prices are reasonable and we're happy to support a family-run business.

We eat takeout from here regularly and it is consistently great. The salmon last night was cooked perfectly and so crispy. The owners work very hard to give the town of Carstairs great food and we definitely appreciate it.

Unfortunately I had originally given this place a five-star review, but after eating there several more times I definitely have to change that. I get the same thing every time and several times now I've ordered for takeout as well as dine in. There's clearly two different chefs with very different skill levels. They charge over 30% more for the same food just for takeout. Last few time I ate there food was not good. Never heard of a place charging extra for takeout particularly as much as they do.

Was excited about eating out with family tonight and decided to have our favorite Pizza loaded , we waited over 25 min to be offered a drink , despite only 3 people seated inside restaurant , we ordered a nice loaded pizza only to find ingredients listed in the menu where missed bacon , beef , . Also ordered a Soulvaki pizza to go only realizing kalmata olives where actually black olives , chicken was not seasoned . Our water came to the table in a cool very dirty bottle , my knife was dirty with black flecks of something attached to it . After calling about the second pizza and missing ingredient pizza was taken home , I called the restaurant to voice my concern and was disheartened to be passed to 2 people who actually didnt care about my concern and wanted to pick up the pizza as proof this has happened . I offered to send photos of the pizza , but the owner and mother insisted on picking up the goods and didnt want a photo . Then he said hes too busy too listen to my concerns as many people are ordering . He hung up on me . I feel after my payments where made , am.i not a customer ? How rude is this to take your money and dismiss my concerns . My advice is dont eat there , look around at the dirty floors , dead bugs in corners , missing ingredients . Dirty serving dishes and drinking water glasses had dirty ring around the tops and wonder if you will get sick or whats in your food . Cleanliness is Lacking . Last summer this place was great it sure has declined . I was not given any type satifaction by voicing my concern .

AS PER YOUR COMMENT TO THIS SITUATION NO WHERE DID YOU EVER OFFER A REFUND FOR THE FOOD , SO YOU ARE ALSO DOSHONEST , IF YOU HAD OFFERED A REFUND I WOULD HAVE WELCOMED YOU TO PICK UP THE FOOD, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A LONG DRIVE TO CALGARY FOR , WHICH WAS FOR A FAMILY DINNER . IS IT NECESSARY REALLY TO CHECK A MENU TO ENSURE THE CORRECT INGRIEDIENTS ARE IN IT . WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES ?
