We were there with our 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.The grandchildren had their own table. Things worked out rather well.Good variation of food from domestic to East Indian.The price was reasonable.Kid-friendliness: Movie on t v's for the grandchildren.Is bottled water for us and the kids.

Was looking for a decent spot to eat in Carstairs while passing through. We drove passed this place and decided to give it a try. Don’t be fooled by first impressions. Although it’s a bit of an older place the food was fantastic. Their service is a bit slower but should be expected from a small town place like this. Again the food was very good quality and very much from scratch. We’ll be back!

I was part of a large group of women who attended a special pre-Christmas celebration lunch today in the restaurant. We all had the most delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings!Our server started us off with salad and soup, then full turkey dinner, followed by a lovely slice of cheesecake. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious, very good helpings and we all had a lovely time celebrating together. Our server was wonderful too. I will certainly be back and would highly recommend this fabulous family run restaurant. Thank you.

A friend recommended the Beef Dip and stated that it was one of the best he’d ever had….I have eaten in restaurants for the last 45 years regularly and have had my fair share of Beef Dips….the BD here is second to none. Well prepared…mozza cheese as a binder for the beef with sausage, onions and mushrooms, I believe for extra flavour, also provided with traditional au jus sauce. Would recommend to any BD lover! Nice job!!!
