Delicious pizza and super friendly service! The crust was perfect, and the toppings were fresh and loaded. Easily one of the best spots in Carstairs for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Had the fire and ice pizza tonight it was really great had the right amount of heat I really enjoyed it.

Friends pizza Carstairs is the best pizza I had since moving from Cape Breton, I also owned and operated a pizza shop in Cape Breton, so I know a good pizza and this was the overall best I had in Alberta !! WTG guys keep up the great work !!

Friends Pizza Carstairs is hands down one of the best pizza spots around! The food is always fresh, delicious, and hits the spot every time. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing customer service. The manager is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about the customers. Every time I go in, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. It's rare to find a place where the food and the service are both top-notch—Friends Pizza Carstairs nails it!

Pizza was delicious. Cauliflower crust was great! Highly recommend. Clean, fast and remarkable service. Especially since the new owner has taken over, this place has gotten so much better!

Ever since the owner has changed our orders have never been right, we ordered a $109 order for people out of province to try and we're disappointed

I was told an hour for delivery, no big deal. An hour and a half later I called to check where our order was and was told "we are really busy, it will be another half an hour"
The pizza showed up finally, cold and wrong. I ordered a cheese pizza for the vegetarian child and received two pizzas covered in meat. Call to ask them about it and I'm told it will be another 45 minutes for a new pizza but they will fully refund my order. My husband goes down there instead to pick it up and is offered someone else's order to make up for the mistake. He says he won't do that to someone else tonight and he will wait. They then try to offer us an in store credit only, absolutely not.
In the end they only refunded us for the one pizza, stating we were getting a free pizza out of the mess. Meanwhile everyone ate cold pizza except for the vegetarian of course. Absolutely will not be returning, such a shame, we were loyal customers from day 1!

The staff at friends pizza are the best! We have never been disappointed with the service and quality of pizza. Always friendly & fast! We also placed a pickup order in order to be entered into the christmas draw, however they were super busy and my husband decided to not cause further work and left without filling out the ballet. I decided to reach out and they helped us get one filled out over the phone and we ended up winning first prize!

This is the place for Pizza. Super friendly, super fast , always a10/10
