My friend bought me the Halloween tumbler from the Carstairs Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, I dropped it and it broke. When I went back they gladly replaced it. Soooo happy to have my tumbler back! Thank you!

Was passing by and stopped in to use the washroom and get a drink and a treat. Went up to the door and it was locked. It was only 8:15pm and there were a few guys inside having a drink. I ended up going through drive through and asking if they were closed? She said the store closes as 8pm and drive through is open to 9pm. It's wrong on so many levels! Never in my 40 years of life have ever been to a Timmies and they closed the store and kept drive through open only! You guys need to do better! People who are traveling/truckers etc. who need a pit stop, your usually the place to go. I guess not anymore. Do better! Just sounds like people are not wanting to do their jobs anymore. Sad state of affairs!

I try to avoid Tim Hortons as the quality of food is absolute trash. I was desperate for something for dinner, so I ordered a BLT. I didn't look at this sandwich right away as it was for my dinner. I was very disappointed when I looked at it later and the bacon was RAW. I had to throw out the sandwich. I expect my bacon to at least be cooked when I am paying these prices for food. This is just a reminder that I should continue to avoid Time Hortons. DO better!

Store is clean, bathrooms so nice. Customer service not so great, we ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee and a steeped tea DD with a shot of vanilla. 3 different times on 3 different days and everytime we had to go back into the restaurant and ask for the vanilla in our drinks we paid for.

I had coffee made at a different Tims, and it tasted awful, I knew it was a slim chance they would remake it here in Carstairs but the lady at the till was very kind and made a new one for me. Thank you very much, I appreciate your kindness towards me.

Been coming here since it opened. No bad experiences so far. Staff are nice, and they make the best London fogs in the area.
I always take drive through for steep tea triple triple in the morning bit they always gives me coffe triple triple. Moreover they write steep tea on a cup but its actually always coffe. Next time, i am gonna take receipt definitely and complain in person store. They charge me 2.10 cente for steep tea which is more expensive than coffee triple triple.
