Bubble Tea near Chestermere

“This is my go to spot for Bubble Tea as I live close by. Love the vibe and all the bubble tea options are delicious. However, the service is pretty bad and the menu is a bit misleading. We ordered the The Moon Ice Cream. There clearly were boba in the picture. But when we got it, there was none in there. We asked for it, they said we have to pay for it, and the employee even asked us to line up to pay for it. Like seriously? I dont mind paying, but your photo was misleading, and now you want me to line up to pay?
Another thing is they have been running out of stamp cards for a long time. And they don't put any efforts in getting them printed for the customer.
I brought my friends and were embarrassed that they have to experience something like this.
I love the store but it has to do something to fix the issues. Thanks“

“Very professional and respectful staff. The place is very clean and you can find small tables there with chairs for you to enjoy your teas there. There is a lot of variety of drinks which are really delicious. Highly recommended place if you really want to enjoy traditional Taiwanese bubble tea.“

“Hard to believe this is in a gas station of all places. Not taking away from the other low reviews, but the cups were full (low ice) and there was two people at the counter when other people were inside paying for gas.

Both the original and the grapefruit teas taste awesome, and the samosas were nice and crispy.

Definitely coming back.“
