This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had at this place. Usually this pizza is amazing, but today it was horrible. My sister ordered the pizza for delivery 5 hours ahead of time and said we needed it for 8pm sharp. At 8:05 she called back and the lady rudely answered the phone, started yelling and said the pizza was two minutes away. After ten minutes we called again to see where the pizza was at and she yelled again saying its a minute away. Customer service at an all time low i don’t know what happened to this place. Not to mention the pizza came in the worst condition. Some of the crust was missing, everything was falling apart and not even cut properly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza, and the chicken, mushrooms, and vegetables were all rotten. There was a weird smell coming from the pizza.
When we inquired with the staff, they were polite, but their only excuse was that everything is fresh. If everything is fresh, then how is this even possible?
I want to support local businesses, but these guys definitely need to change their ways.

Extremely disappointed with my order. The chicken on the pizza smelled bad and clearly wasn’t fresh. The mushrooms and veggies also had an off smell. I couldn’t eat it.

Food safety is important — I hope the restaurant addresses this issue.

Had take out from this place a few days ago and it was amazing. Great deals that they have, prices are fair, and the food especially is amazing. They also have lots of other great options. Would recommend.

If you want to spend 4.00$ on a pizza size of your palm then be my guest!
Every canadian pizza in calgary gives you a very big slice for 4.00$ but this location rips you off and doesn't even have fresh! If its out of the oven you will still be disappointed! They cheap out on everything including their toppings! They genuinely care only about profit and not about their food!
The first time ive visited Canadian pizza and i was disappointed! Not worth your money or time

Very disappointed in CPU order my extra large all meat with feta, mushrooms and green peppers with the sweet donair sauce as a base. As we have a child allergic to the tomato base. Well the pizza didn’t have feta nor did it have the sweet donair sauce as a base. Very disappointing as I go out of my way to use CPU and o ended having to get my children something they can eat which cost even more…. Might re think using CPU from now on….

We ordered on line today and the pizza we ordered was not what we ordered. Called and they were very unprofessional and argumentive. Will not order from there again.

Ordered 2 small pizza for my kids. I ordered online at 4:20pm I came 5pm and my pizza is not yet ready, I asked if how many minutes to go, a guy said 15 minutes more. They keep getting more orders by phone but i can see there is less people that are working behind the kitchen. I can see the receipts lined up on their counter at the back. Good luck!
