went through the drive thru on Saturday and encountered the most lovely lady, ROAN. She was beyond pleasant. best service ever!! As I waited for my order she was softly singing a song like an angel. I work frontline customer service and I would love to have 10 ROANS working for me. thank you ROAN, keep doing your thing 😊

I’ve been coming to this Tim’s for a long time never had a problem but today I came to get a double stacked farmers wrap I got it and realized they forgot the egg, so I went back through told them my situation and they told me to pull through just for them to give me the exact same wrap without the egg again cmon man
