I was distraught, however when I asked if there was any chance they could replace my burger, they were more than happy to replace it and we're very apologetic even though it was me who dropped it. The person taking our order was very friendly and police, also didn’t had to wait that long for our order despite it being busy and they had a concrete patio outside to enjoy the food and the street view. “Ordered online delivery many times. Last couple of orders the pizza is smushed against the side of the box as though the box was tossed around. Food is still good, we always get stuffed crust, but lately the delivery people have been lacking. Next time I don't think I'll be tipping the driver. Sorry, guys, but tipping in advance means past experiences dictate the tip.“
