Horrible service. Shawn tried to say a valid coupon we got in the mail wasn't valid because they have teen burgers on sale. How can one offer not be valid just because you also have a different promptional offer? I wasn't asking for both offers! He said the coupon wouldn't scan and offered to get his manager and like magic the manager scanned the coupon and it worked. This location seriously needs to work on training their staff to understand the promotional items that they have sent out in the mail. The coupon has a barcode. Scan the barcode, it's common sense!

As a regular at this A&W in particular, I really like this location and its staff. The service is always exceptionally friendly and the food is hot and freshly made. I have never had a bad experience here with management or staff. I definitely do not think the manager needs “to achieve customer excellence experience.” Whatever that means
