The wings are huge !! So many flavors to choose from and yummy sides. The dips are also delicious 😋 was more like a fast food environment but the service was fast and helpful.

$12/lb of chicken wings is a decent price compared to everywhere else. I was excited to try their wings after moving to Cochrane, however I was not impressed with the wings. 80% of them had myogloben (the dark stuff in bones) leak into the meat, and sometimes its okay but it really affected the taste of the meat. It's from young fast-raised chickens where the bones don't fully develop and then the freeze and thaw of the meat caused myogloben to discolour and taint the meat. My whole point is, low quality cheap chicken. I also found the breading to be a bit much... I got buffalo, honey dill, and shack jalapeno. The buffalo was standard, the honey dill just had a drizzle of dill sauce and you couldn't taste any dill, and the shack jalapeno did not taste like jalapeno at all, it just had a some heat. Overall, it just tasted oily and I think it's just the breading soaking up the oil, and that ruins the taste of the sauces.

Bottom line... Cheap wings. Cheap quality. Questionable taste. I was excited for this place, but ended up being disappointed and I won't be returning.

I ordered online pick up, wings and fried chicken.
1. Wings
--I got the Jaffna wing. They are overwhelmingly delicious, I live 10 mins away, so when I got home; the skin is no longer that crispy but the flavour is really good and made up for it. Not to mention the size, they are bigger than drumsticks from other fried chicken store. I give them 10/10.
2. Fried chicken.
--The chicken is why I can't give it 5 stars this time. But don't get me wrong, the skin is still very crispy, and the meat was succulent and juicy as I like them to be. So why do I need to take one star off this time? It was not seasoned...no salt, no spices, not even a little bit, I wonder if they forget about it or just their style to do it this way, the texture were so perfect but I have to use dipping or put sauce on it to be able to eat them. I will buy them again in the future and if this time is just an accident, I will come back and change it to a 5 stars. But this time, I can only give them 8/10.

Top notch wings. If I'm in Cochrane I'm stopping here. Or if you are driving by Cochrane heading towards the mountains or hockey tournament at SLS this restaurant is a must.. thanks for the excellent service and top notch wings...
