This location is great, but the staff truly makes it exceptional. The last few times I have visited, I was greeted by Jazmine and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling, always working hard, and always making sure everything looks clean and welcoming. She is incredibly knowledgeable too. I am celiac and she kindly helped me understand what options were safe and gluten free. She even recommended the best smoothies and I ended up finding my new favourite booster thanks to her. Please commend Jazmine, she is truly amazing and such a kind presence every time I come in.

Customer service at this location really needs improvement. I visited on Sunday, October 19th, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the blonde staff member working that day. She stood silently while I looked over the menu, didn’t greet me or offer any assistance, and appeared visibly irritated—rolling her eyes and sighing as I placed my order. She didn’t ask how I wanted to pay, simply assumed card, processed the transaction, and walked away without a word. When my order was ready, she set the cups down abruptly and just stared at me.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this came across as a consistent attitude issue rather than a moment of frustration. I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable, and my husband actually had a very similar experience the evening before. Unfortunately, after two unpleasant interactions in a row, we’ve decided not to return.

I ordered a regular triple play combo and did not get all of my items, and I got a Sweet greens bowl and did not get the granola that I had add in the order. For spending $25 - $30this is not great.

Took FOREVER to make 1 juice for me. Forgot to add my booster even when reminded and incredibly poor service. Blonde girl was incredibly rude to me and my husband. Wouldn’t speak to us and gave off terrible energy.
Don’t waste your precious money on coming here. I’m disgusted with employees and smoothie.

I visited this booster juice yesterday and while waiting for my smoothie I could overhear the owner/manager? BERATING one of her employees in the back of the location. The way this woman was speaking was devoid of any form of respect that is not suitable to anyone let alone one of her employees. It was appalling to say the least. I will never be back to this location again. That type of toxic environment and person deserves zero support or business.
I was charged twice and they have not given my money back because they can’t seem to find it in their system yet I showed them my statements that shows me double charged.

I ordered a funky monkey today, and the smoothie was fine but the service from a woman behind the counter making my smoothie was honestly quite offensive and made it very uncomfortable. The name tag said palauk or something along those lines. She was treating one of the other younger employees like absolute trash and me and several customers there at the time felt it was very abrasive. This lady needs to do better.
