Bubble Tea Brewers Cochrane

The drinks are delicious, one of my favourite bubble tea sellers! Wintermelon has been my new favourite, I highly recommend it :3 However, a large amount of the staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Last night, the worker serving me was on a speakerphone call with (who I believe was) her mother. She did not turn off the call when I came to order, and I struggled to get my words out due constantly being interrupted by her mother loudly talking over the phone and the worker responding to her mother.

Stopped in on the way through Cochrane and was not disappointed one bit. Absolutely delicious drinks for an amazing price. Plus the staff are absolutely delightful, fabulous customer service. Definitely taken note of this place and hope to visit again when coming through.

the boba is good when it’s done. however, it takes forever because there’s only one person working and on top of that the owners or workers friends hang out around the place and smoke cigarettes by the door which really deters me from coming in because i usually bring my baby with me.

Each time we have gone they have been out of several different menu items. It's ok but it would be a better experience if they remained stocked up.

I used to love coming here and getting my Bubble Tea fix. But the last 3 times I’ve been in, I’ve been so disappointed. I always ask for my order to have half sugar and I find it’s even more sweeter whenever I get it. They never have the ingredients or items on their menu that I want. And honestly, the place is starting to look really run down. Which is too bad because I love having a bubble tea place in town. I don’t think I’ll be back in a long time after the last few times I’ve been in. I thought it would get better and maybe the server was off her game (lol). However it’s been consistently bad. I hope it gets better again soon!

I was disappointed that the banana split had sprinkles stuck on the outside of the cup. My hands, my pants, and my cup holder are a sticky mess. I was not told about the sprinkles ahead of time, and was not provided with napkins. Although both drinks tasted good, the presentation made this a negative experience.

So so good! I’m really impressed. This is the mango lime cheesecake bubble tea. It tasted amazing! What a pleasant surprise.

Unbelievably slow. Like incredible. You almost can’t believe how long a single drink can take.

Came in on a Saturday and received incredibly slow and disorganized service. Product was not worth the wait even though we were one of only two families in the facility. Staff were disorganized and flustered and seemingly under trained.

Whenever I get there they never seem to have any ingredients, I’ve really wanted to try the watermelon type but for the 6 times that I’ve gone there they’ve never had it or other stuff like the Korean food that they never restock. Also the price, I think that they around 7-8 dollars compared to other places that have it around 5. They should really change these policies since they have so much potential.
