It’s OK. Certainly not exceptional in any way but it was OK.
I’d say my biggest disappointment would be the Chow Mein. Noodles are extremely over cooked. Mush, rather than firm or crispy like you would expect from a chow mein.

Very clean, great variety of food for all family members. Small amounts of food put out frequently to keep options fresh. Love the seafood which sadly isn’t available for lunch. Exceptionally attentive staff. Thank you Dasha for the great dinner experience. Would like to see more vegetarian and gluten free options so we can bring a larger crowd with us. More dim sum dishes would be a wonderful thing for Cochrane residents.

Ive now tried this place 3 times. The food quality is very low. The ginger beef was extremely spicy and extremely chewy. The sweet and sour pork was chewy and very sour The spring rolls where super soggy and had little to no flavor

Order from Peking House instead!! Chinese Wok has bland food, much of it was also dry (surprising w sweet n sour pork, especially!), and the beef and broccoli had like no beef, not that it would have improved it that much to have more. Soggy spring rolls, too. Also poor service when we had an issue with the order missing items. Definitely over priced as well and took forever to get to us, which is confusing since it tastes like they just took the oldest stuff they could off the buffet.

While the staff was friendly and the place was clean, the food was absolutely terrible! We ordered the Dinner for 2. The spring rolls were the best part and they were literally dripping in grease. The chicken fried rice was bland and soft (steamed rice, not fried) and was dry and tasteless. The bbq pork chow mein was so salty and had a very pre-packaged store-bought taste and was just really awful. The teryaki chicken was basically a big bowl of mushrooms drowned in a bottle of pre-made sauce with a few pieces of gristley chicken thrown in... and it tasted nothing like teryaki sauce. We both felt disgusting and couldn't force anymore down, even though we tried. If you're expecting a delicious meal, I do not recommend this place. Nothing tasted like it was actually made in house. You can buy frozen pre-packaged Chinese food in the grocery store and heat it up in your microwave, and it would honestly taste better.

Edit / added after owners reply : there were 2 and they were very nice and kind but they haven't had enough time with English speaking people so they need someone to help them, be patient with them, and assist when they are busy. They just need help. Hopefully the company will help them when busy, and to help them learn English

Came in for a later buffet on our way home from the city. Was apalled paying 77.00 for bland food that tasted old and not fresh. Between my grandfather and myself we have ate at a lot of buffets and we never have had to walk out without finishing. Not happy at all.
