For almost $17 I ordered a chicken strip basket with fries for dinner. The chicken was really dry and soggy and the fries tasted like they were from the bottom of the tray sitting there all day, I’m not happy with this service.

The Cochrane location doesn't have the correct lids for their blizzards. I remember the days when they had to flip the blizzard upside down or it's free. Now that Cochrane uses the beverage lids it makes a mess and takes away from the Dairy Queen experience. It's disappointing and ends up being one more thing covered in icecream to stick to my vehicle. I wish they would stop using the wrong lids on their blizzards. No lid or a proper lid is the only way to go.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely ladies that helped me today. Came in to pick up a cake with my baby and toddler and just them filling our drink/carrying the cake to my vehicle was so appreciated.
Many employees at businesses will watch struggling moms and don’t think twice - so when I have businesses that do it really gets noticed.

The food was fresh & hot, tasted delicious. I usually get full fast & don’t eat it all in one go but I did. Tho the wait was long, had to wait at window for a while then I had to pull ahead & park in the parking lot for minuets. Service was alright I said thanks and girl did not say you’re welcome. But overall as a food place it’s good. Was $17 for meal.

Today’s burger and drink were the worst we’ve had in a long time. The drink was meant to be 7Up but it tasted like pure chemicals so went down the drain. The burger was the sorriest looking burger I’ve eaten, even McDonalds is better! The standard cheeseburger we got for an our kid was bigger than the mushroom double…. There goes another burger joint 👎 Can’t speak for service and atmosphere as I didn’t collect.
Our meal was really hot and fresh! Super tasty. Much better than other fast food in town. We definitely recommend the burgers :) we'll be back soon. Hopefully this place is consistent.
The cook here was really good, I was satisfied with my meal, spicy crispy chicken sandwich was top notch

Decided to go here for a meal because we had a gift card and wanted to save some money. The wifi was down so they said we’re straight outta luck and have to pay with a credit card. They called their manager who was useless and in the end offered a whooping $.94 for their mistake.
So ended spending $20 for a depressing meal that resembles a poorly funded school cafeteria. Bad taste left in our mouth from the lack of leadership. (metaphorically and literally). It isn’t the minimum wage workers fault, the owner/manager that was called needs to take ownership and make it right
