Extremely slow service. We waited over an hour for food and it never arrived. Waitress told us our order would be one of the next pizzas out. I told the waitress if it was going to be more than 5 more minutes, to just bring our bill for drinks. She ended up bringing our bill.
I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told she would come to our table to talk to us. She did not.

We are from Medicine Hat. Our first visit May 15. We had exceptional service from Rayanne and in all honesty yours was the best pizza we have had in many years. When I told Rayanne she said everything is made in house, even the sauce. I told her I found the sauce to be the best one I have ever had. (I am not a fan of other pizza sauces) Thank you for a showering us with a truly great and awesome experience!
