Extremely slow service. We waited over an hour for food and it never arrived. Waitress told us our order would be one of the next pizzas out. I told the waitress if it was going to be more than 5 more minutes, to just bring our bill for drinks. She ended up bringing our bill.
I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told she would come to our table to talk to us. She did not.
I went to the bar and asked to speak to the supervisor and was told, rudely, by an employee “Maria” that they were just doing their best. She then snarkily asked if there was anything else she could do for me.
I brought an out of town guest to this place because I heard it was good pizza. Instead, got awful service and beer that tasted like the lines hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
Not sure if it’s a management issue or employee issue - and don’t care. Over rated establishment and I was embarrassed to bring an out of town guest there for food.

Duck's is a regular stop. Pizza and wing nights are great. Service is always friendly and prompt. Great place to watch the game or fights.

Our first visit was not great. It was quite busy and so loud that we struggled to have a conversation. The food was mediocre at best. They had a decent drink selection and the staff were very good. Also no shortage of tvs. Seems like a decent place to drink and watch sports, otherwise not impressive.

Amazing experience at ducks last night, Service was amazing!! food was good, I ordered a pizza the crust was nice and fluffy toppings where good cheese was perfectly cooked and the bartender was friendly over all recommend ducks to my friends
Pure trash. Food tastes freezer burned. Bartender made wrong drinks but wouldn't correct them when it was pointed out Place needs a proper cleaning

First time here we tried the calamari and potstickers. Both were tasty..but just a bit greasy. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly. We sat on the patio as we had our dog. We were acknowledged promptly and our puppy was looked after with some fresh water . Would definitely try this place again.

It is Saturday, July 13. I just left Ducks On The Roof in Cochrane Alberta. I’m extremely unhappy with the disrespect that I received from the bartender.
When I got there they didn’t have the beer I wanted so I ordered Guinness. The Guinness came in a Guinness glass, but it was extremely under-poured. (Guinness has the little harp on the glass, and my understanding is it is supposed to be filled to the top of the harp.) The head was quite a bit larger than that, almost going all the way down to the bottom of the harp. I sent it back. It was refilled, and it came back to me filled to the proper level.
After that, I ordered a second Guinness and this time it did not come in a Guinness glass, but in a strangely shaped glass with another name etched into the side (Strongbow I think). The head on this was (again) extremely large - it was another under-pour. I sucked it up and later ordered a third, but it also came in a non-Guinness glass with a huge head.
At that point, it was obvious to me that the bartender was telling me FU - they were going to under pour, and I should just live with it. It was extremely disrespectful and I do not appreciate it at all. I was not interested in any kind of confrontation with the bartender so I paid my bill, and left.
I have been a regular customer of Ducks for more than 10 years. With the exception of this bartender, the staff have always been very friendly and respectful toward, me. Unfortunately it was not the first instance of this kind of behaviour from that bartender.
At this point in time, they have probably lost me as a future customer, which is a shame, because I really liked Duck’s.
