I was so excited to see the reviews being so high on this Taco truck as I greatly love real authentic style tacos.Well I was so disappointed as the tacos I ordered were beyond bland. The finely chopped beef looked like it was boiled, it was colorless and lacking any spices or even salt and a $5 a taco it was just so not worth it to me. I wish I could say otherwise but I cant. I did not try any of the other meats and I do not think that for that price I would.

This truck is legit!! Authentic Mexican style tacos on the streets of Cochrane. I planned to take them home for lunch but ended up taking a peek in the box and game over. Ate them all in the car.

Great food! We stopped by on a trip to Cochrane from Calgary- warning, the google maps address is not where the truck is, check their Facebook for the current location. I had the mushroom, my fiancé had the seasoned beef tacos, and they graciously offered him one of the cochinita to try also! The food was amazing, great corn tortillas and generous portions! Worth the drive for sure, we’ll be back!

We were driving by and thought we'd pull over to check out the menu, and once that amazing smell coming from the truck hit me I knew I had to try something! Got the campesino for a vegetarian option and it was so, so delicious! Husband really liked his pork tacos as well - not sure which ones he got. Thanks for a delicious and covid safe lunch!

I made a quick stop in the town and found on the way this food truck and decided to try it. I ordered pastor and cochinita tacos, they were DELICIOUS. As a Mexican I can say that the flavor is real and tasty, the price is fair and the staff is very nice and friendly. I strongly recommend it
Stopped by for lunch today and WOW thoroughly impressed! Ordered the Al Pastor & Huatulco and it did not disappoint! HUGE portions for a fabulous price. Doesn't get much more authentic than that! go check it out! We will be back again soon!!?

Great tacos, the al pastor is really flavorful. If you can find the food truck, get some tacos. Staff is also super friendly , they enjoy tacos and it shows.
