Guy is the Man!
He’s the owner of a very successful Cafe & Bakery for a reason. 1. He knows that menu like the back of his hand, allowing you to mix & match as you please. 2. Fresh quality ingredients are going into every food item made daily! 3. Lastly, the 6 or 7 items my family ordered were out of this world tasty. From sandwiches to soups to brownies to pies.

First time I came here it was amazing, but the second time was not as good, just okay. The first sandwich I got was the Montreal smoked meat sandwich - the filling was generous and the flavour was great! (Though the bread was really small so it basically all fell out and turned into a salad). I decided to try something different the second time and so I got the veggie + brie sandwich, also expecting generous veggie fillings for the $14 I paid... Instead it was basically just thick bread, really minimal filling. I don't think the value is the same for these two sandwiches, but they are listed as the exact same price; one sandwich had loads of protein, and the other was a bit lacking. I also got their carrot cake on a separate occasion and it was honestly good, but given the last veggie sandwich experience it might be hit-and-miss, though more generally on the good side. 3.5/5

The coffee is smooth and full bodied. The baked goods i tried were superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I especially enjoyed the 'hello' as you walk through the door.

Food and drink are so good! They were also so kind: We had a little fellow hit by heat and motion sickness, he was so embarrassed. And not only were they really understanding and helpful, but everyone there came by to ask if he was ok after. Very sweet.
Went to Guys this afternoon and purchased a spinach and feta scone and a peanut butter cheesecake slice to go; I brought both home. Both the scone and cheesecake taste freezer burnt. The box the cheesecake was packaged in smells moldy. Very disappointing.

BEST coffee and breakfast sandwich I’ve EVER had. I wish I didn’t live hours away or I’d be here every day!!! Phenomenal. Fresh. Incredible ingredients. Get the iced caramel macchiato!

Great food. Great service. All the food is home made. I was impressed with the service - my latte was too strong for me. When I asked for some cream, the owner made me a new, milder, one. Try getting that service in the city. Quickly becoming my go to coffee shop in Cochrane

Bought the chicken gumbo soup for a steep $17 thinking it was a fresh in house made soup. My husband can only tolerate natural ingredients. Imagine my disappointment when I see boxed cubed frozen chicken meat that is packed with preservatives. My husband had to pick every peice of chicken out. It makes me wonder whether the soup is made fresh or if we just got served canned soup as it tastes very similar to Campbell's vegetable soup. I am disappointed.
