Visiting from out of town and the staff was fantastic. Nice little cafe as well. Great baked goods and very tasty sandwiches. Also sells numerous other offerings such as soups and coffees.
For more than 24 years I have been greeted by owner, Guy who pleasantly takes my order with a smile. Service (“insane staff” logo on their shirts) is amazing - very professional staff (Ethan is super polite and has a great smile). The Cafe’s says a lot about the community and leadership Guy fosters. Food is wholesome, tasty and hits the spot. Calm, clean, spacious and not too loud eating tables - very pleasant atmosphere! Patio in the summer. Great treats and also liquor...
I was told that in Cochrane I should stop in at Guys Cafe. The service was friendly and super quick. Now let’s get down to it. I had the full Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich with the lobster bisque. The bread was fresh and the meat so flavourful. The lobster bisque was delicious. A generous serving and tasted amazing. TBH it tasted like what my mom made back in NS.
