Vietnamese is my favorite food and have been to many different places.. got the sate chicken soup and lacked favor in the broth and it tasted starchy from the noodles.. wouldn't recommend this dish.

This is the best place!! Always amazing. Great food, impeccable service and we Love the music they play! So relaxing, even with our busy kids! The soups and subs are our absolute favourite, and their salad rolls are the BEST (shrimp and pork belly are our go to) Delicious!!

My family and I just moved to Cochrane from Toronto and were looking for a Vietnamese restaurant closer to our new home and Hong Thai really exceeded our expectations. Everything tasted so good, especially their pork chop with rice… reminded us of Vietnam and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back !

This is a great place for Vietnamese food. Fresh and tasty. The portions were perfect and not salty at all. I was very impressed. Comfortable seating with large tables. This has become a choice place for me in Cochrane. Well done.
We are regular customers. We love it here. My husband always orders the house special beef noodle soup and I the rice dishes. Today we had pad Thai (shrimp) and sea food fried rice and we are so glad we did because they are so good 😋. I almost forgot, I love the iced coffee with condensed milk too 😉👍

We visit here while we have trip to Cochrane. The restaurant is very quite consider it’s on weekend. Ample parking spot nearby. Staff is welcoming and we order a chicken with rice and a spicy pho. Flavour is on par with other Vietnamese restaurants it’s okay for a meal but don’t have too high expectations. At least the veggie and meat is fresh the soup is good not very salty or use too much of MSG. Portion is a highlight it’s big compared to other Vietnamese restaurants we tried in Calgary.
Excellent staff and portion, the spicy noodle was the best. We love the type of noodle that was offered in the dish

My favourite restaurant in town! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, but I keep coming back to their chicken subs. The sate sauce is a great addition to just about anything, and their sate soup is packed with flavour.
The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always welcoming. The owner, Vinh, greets us with a smile and clearly takes pride in the food and overall experience.

Ordered salad rolls & house pho special 30 minutes before they closed and was very happy to have chosen this place. There was a lot of meat in both of the dishes with excellent peanut sauce! I’m definitely coming back!
