Been here a couple of times for lunch now, solid, tasty and satisfying. I wish their noodles would hold up in the broth longer, as it doesn’t stay al dente throughout my meal. But flavour, portions, service, in a comfortable atmosphere has been good!

Hong Thai Restaurant has been amazing every time we’ve visited. The customer service is always great — we’re greeted with such a warm welcome that it truly feels like coming home. Their Pho and House Special Vermicelli are our absolute favorites — fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious.

I really enjoyed the House Special Noodle Soup at Hong Thai. The broth was light, clean, and surprisingly flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the egg noodles. The mixed seafood was fresh and well-cooked, and the wontons were soft with a nice, savory filling. It’s the kind of soup that feels comforting and satisfying without being too heavy. I took my family to Cochrane over the weekend to explore the town, and we were really craving some Vietnamese food. We decided to stop by this restaurant, and it ended up being an amazing choice. The pho was absolutely delicious super flavourful, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Had a bad experience recently. All the meat in my vermicelli bowl was dry and cold. It tasted really old.
The server didn't let me pay and he gave me some spring rolls. It was really nice of him. But I left hungry :(
The service is so good. I think they just have issues finding good cooks.

Vietnamese is my favorite food and have been to many different places.. got the sate chicken soup and lacked favor in the broth and it tasted starchy from the noodles.. wouldn't recommend this dish.

This is the best place!! Always amazing. Great food, impeccable service and we Love the music they play! So relaxing, even with our busy kids! The soups and subs are our absolute favourite, and their salad rolls are the BEST (shrimp and pork belly are our go to) Delicious!!
