I really enjoyed the House Special Noodle Soup at Hong Thai. The broth was light, clean, and surprisingly flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the egg noodles. The mixed seafood was fresh and well-cooked, and the wontons were soft with a nice, savory filling. It’s the kind of soup that feels comforting and satisfying without being too heavy. Overall, it was a really enjoyable bowl, and I’d happily order it again.
