The best McDonald's location in Cochrane. It is very clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I always feel welcome, even if I only order coffee ☕️ and strawberry pies (always hot and fresh). Each staff member is so humble and welcoming, especially those who wear special shirts 👕 😍 (I believe they are senior staff or managers). Thank you, everyone... you all deserve a raise 🙌🏻.

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food chains! But, I am from out of town and have been in Cochrane for a couple of months working. I have found this to be the best McDonalds I have been to in Alberta and BC! That’s a pretty big statement! The drive through agents speak very clear English, they are polite and always wish me a good day. they have always had my food ready quickly, never messed up my order, and it is always HOT! Whatever the owners are teaching their staff and their moral, you are doing a fantastic job! Keep it up guys and gals!

This trip to McDonald's was for dessert. I used the app in the parking lot. Ordered some ice cream and used points for a McFlurry. The App said I'd paid and then I entered that I was at the location and wanted to go through the drive-thru. I read the number generated to the staff and they told me to continue to the last window. Where they told me my food hadn't been paid for. But, when I looked at the App it had taken the points off for McFlurry. The staff member helping me couldn't explain what was happening with the app. A second employee seemed to understand better. I haven't checked yet to see if I was double billed. We enjoyed the ice cream. But, it's not much fun when the app messes up.

Obviously my rankings are based on the 'fast food' genre. The staff here friendly, speedy service, they almost always get our orders correct, been a year since last mixup, but when they did they quickly fixed it. Funny, i suspect the whole order out and deliver is partly to thank for the accuracy rate going up!

It’s Mc Donald’s you know what to expect when it comes to food. It all about how clean the place is and service. The staff at this place are like robots not to friendly at all. I would say 7 out of 10 for cleanliness.
