Food was pretty delicious. Service was nice.
Restaurant itself was dirty on the open tables, floor has sticky stuff on it and I slipped on something at the front (drink I’m guessing).
After all that I asked for a refill and they NO LONGER have refills at this location. Even though at the McDonalds elsewhere in Cochrane you can refill many many times.
Cost is WAY TOO HIGH to no longer “love it”. 😉

Ordered a McGriddle, literally just got the bottom piece. I’m not even joking I just got a single piece of the McGriddle bread, no sausage, no egg, no top bun… asked for no egg on my other sandwich, got egg.

Do not use this McDonald’s Drive-Thru. They get the order wrong constantly and by the time you get home and find out they screwed up they don’t compensate you at all! They just put your name in a book to get a refund on the item that you didn’t want and wouldn’t have purchased. Now you gotta drive back and make another trip just to get your money back. Bad business practice.

Order took 20 minutes for no reason and no explanation was given when asked. This seems like a repeating trend at this location. Ceiling was leaking from the roof with a bucket under it. I recommend going to the McDonalds on the south side of town. Avoid this one if you can.
