Pretty typical McDonald's. Must have been a bit short staffed as it was not that busy but service a delivery of food was very slow.

By far the worst MacDonalds I’ve ever been to in Canada, congratulations! The manager handed me a breakfast sandwich that was rock hard and stale. The hash brown was cold and the coffee tasted off.

I was there around 2am and i was waiting for the pickup for more than 10 mints on the window when the guy came i ask can i get a cup of water he said no i said i will pay not asking for free he said there are lot of people waiting while there was no car behind me worst customer service ever No water seriously man came to burger king calgary i'll give you free fountain drink Will not come again to your store
And not the first time that i waited for pickup its every day every time

I understand yall have a timer but you could ATLEAST wrap my wrap properly. Every time I unravel the paper, the wrap falls apart.
Quick and efficient my order took less than 2 minutes wait, I ordered a big Mac, larger fries and a smoothie, great service! The server took his job seriously with a smiley face. Thank you for your service. Keep the energy high !

Got a sandwich and the guy tried to find a short cut to make it so I clarified what I want again and they still made it wrong. I tried calling but no one answered. I think out of all the times I’ve been here only one order was right which is unfortunate because it’s so close to my house. Please train your staff better, it’s insane how many times my order has been messed up
