Like others say…slow!! No exaggeration!! Several times I ordered a coffee, and it’s like 10-15 minutes! No joke!! They are totally dedicated to the drive through and not the customers inside!! They really need to improve this!!! They need to learn from Tim Hortons about efficiency!!!

This used to be the best mcdonalds in town, now, due to low staffing, it has become the worst. Takes forever to get your orders, and most of the time they're either completely wrong, or missing items. The staff is very sweet, and doing their best, but there needs to be more people on shift, especially in the mornings. It is so unfair to the hard working employees to be slammed so often and unable to keep up during peak hours.

The incompetence is very strong at this location, I never modify my order here because they never get it right. Tried to get a extra chicken patty one time and the manager tried to gaslight me when I had the receipt in hand.

The McDonald’s in Fireside, Cochrane is slow… like really slow and more often than not we don’t get what we ordered. We always joke about what we’ll actually get in our order because it’s almost always wrong. If we order an iced coffee without liquid sugar, we usually end up with the awful vanilla sweetener instead. Or if we ask for a sausage McMuffin without egg because my husband can’t have it, we’ve gotten a sausage, egg, and cheese with no bun, just in a container. No bun! Otherwise, it’s McDonald’s, it’s fine for what it is. Slow service and wrong orders are the main issues, and the staff are average at best in terms of friendliness.

The. Worst. Location. Slow slow slow. And doesn't understand modifications like extra pickles. Super complicated right? They cannot handle peak times. Catch them at 3pm on a weekday and you're probably good. Otherwise, don't bother

Waited 15min for my order. I’m the only one I. The restaurant. Drive thru keeps getting orders as I wait. I do t think I’ll be back, restaurant is filthy and employees ignore me.

The staff including the manager need to be trained properly / re-trained ---The slowest and disorganized McDonald's I have ever been too. Mobile ordered two coffees, watched my two coffees standing at the serving shelf and nobody cared to serve, until I bugged them couple of times.
What made it worse was that the coffee was lukewarm.

I visited this McDonald’s after another location in town said they didn’t have the TinyTAN Happy Meal toys — even though the promo was shown in-store. Thankfully, this location had them and the staff knew exactly what I was talking about! They were friendly, quick, and made the whole experience super easy. Really appreciate that they were up to date with the promotion and helped me get what I was looking for. Great service!
