Miss Poutine has been on my radar since people in the Calgary Foodie Group mentioned them having authentic quebec poutine years ago.I finally had the opportunity to try them at the Chinatown Festival. I got myself a Classic Poutine.The Classic Poutine was covered in gravy and cheese curds. They certainly didn't cheap out on the curds. The fries were fresh-cut with a gentle crispy exterior and a tender inside. The gravy was flavorful but not overly rich. The cheese curds were tasty, though sadly, no squeaks.Miss Poutine met the hype, and I look forward to trying their Bacon Poutine!
