Very rude on the phone, zero accountability for messed up order that was over 90 minutes late, no apology or empathy. Experience bad enough to ensure we spend money on any other business but this one in the future

***A Total Disappointment***

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently visited this establishment of mucho burrito at cochrane and had an absolutely atrocious experience. Arriving before their advertised closing time, I was shocked and appalled to find that they refused to serve me. Despite the fact that the restaurant was still open, the staff rudely informed me that the kitchen was already closed, and no food would be provided. And above that when I ask him if he’s the owner, he said YES which I highly doubt he is because no owner of any business will be ready to loose any coming business. He literally said when there is no customer then what you want me to do, sit idle inside the store and waste my time. Wow, the who are we, CUSTOMERS OF COURSE. I also mentioned that online and even on your door it says open till 9 pm. He lied to my face that it’s 8:30 pm everywhere and I had to show him on google about his own time. Then he also argued that do all businesses have to update always if they’re closing early. And I said yes business do update their hours or at least put notice at the door that they’re closing early, rather than being rude to it’s own customers.

We are also the owners of couple of restaurants and if we say we serve till TEN then it means we serve till our said hours, no matter what the situation is, and sometimes even after our closing hour if customer is present there before we close our doors. That is how you treat your customers with respect.

This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. A restaurant that can’t honor its own operating hours clearly has no respect for its patrons. I won't be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and choose a restaurant that actually values its customers.

Our go to for a quick bite on a weekend. It’s pretty good and a well balanced meal. Reasonable prices and fair food.

Ordered the tango burrito and it came with raw chicken! Only realized until after I took a bite. Staff should be checking if everything is fully cooked before giving it to customers! Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely ripped off.Came in specifically for the 420 deal. Saw the poster in store for the jarrito. Got both. Paid full price for the jarritos. Did not get the mucho burrito for the price of a regular.Why advertise promotions if you're not going to honour them? Scam.Update:If mistakes happen, the correct thing to do is FIX THEM. Why would I go back to a place that has already ripped me off once and made zero attempts to correct it? And you can't even blame new staff, when there are posters IN STORE.Update 2:Came in this evening. Guy at the counter looked at the receipt, said he wasn't going to correct it, and then handed it back. What an absolute joke this place is.

I eat here regularly and usually have a great experience. Today was the opposite. The employee could not comprehend any words said to him. He asked what meat five times before he resorted to pointing at each option and I had to explain what pork was. Wrong sauce was put on. Since when is avocado sauce red and spicy. If I see him at the counter I’ll turn around and go somewhere else.

Mucho Burrito used to be amazing, but has unfortunately gotten rid of various filling options over the years and lost some of their flavour. Still a great option, but selection of burrito fillings isn’t very large anymore. And the vegan crumble is spicy.

A favorite ? for everyone in our house! Always awesome ?

My wife and I ate here September 3 . I had three tacos she had a bowl . Huge portions excellent food . Very friendly staff . Will go back again. we have been here now three times outstanding service and food each time. I had to wait for my biscuit that came with my chicken ,as they were just making them. .The staff brought it over to our table and gave us a extraa one for waiting .Unreal service!!!!Ernest and Monica Lehti
