Very clean very good customer service with Farad working. He remember my order and makes it just the way I like it. Always happy to serve you and not make you wait to long espicially when busy. Hope he gets a raise

Used to frequent this location regularly, however, we will not be back after our most recent experience. We asked for more lettuce after the woman making our bowls had added half a handful and were told that it would count as an extra topping. No room for negotiation. When told we had never experienced that before she didn't care. Way to go, losing a loyal customer over a couple of pieces of lettuce. Bar Burrito is the far superior option in town.

Very less quantity served. I would never recommend this place. The employee was rude even if you ask a little bit more just because you are vegetarian she gives strange looks. Not satisfied at all.

Great service. When ordering a burrito please make sure the moisture is adequately drained from your beans and/or chicken or your burrito will be a soggy mess.

I was here at 8:35 to get some food. I enter the restaurant and the guy says that he's closing and he's not serving anymore. I get it. I work too, but you're closing at 9:00 so there's still more than 20 minutes left. Come on man!?

We enjoy this restaurant, it's so much better than burgers and fries! The service has always been great when we go in.

Very rude on the phone, zero accountability for messed up order that was over 90 minutes late, no apology or empathy. Experience bad enough to ensure we spend money on any other business but this one in the future

***A Total Disappointment***

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently visited this establishment of mucho burrito at cochrane and had an absolutely atrocious experience. Arriving before their advertised closing time, I was shocked and appalled to find that they refused to serve me. Despite the fact that the restaurant was still open, the staff rudely informed me that the kitchen was already closed, and no food would be provided. And above that when I ask him if he’s the owner, he said YES which I highly doubt he is because no owner of any business will be ready to loose any coming business. He literally said when there is no customer then what you want me to do, sit idle inside the store and waste my time. Wow, the who are we, CUSTOMERS OF COURSE. I also mentioned that online and even on your door it says open till 9 pm. He lied to my face that it’s 8:30 pm everywhere and I had to show him on google about his own time. Then he also argued that do all businesses have to update always if they’re closing early. And I said yes business do update their hours or at least put notice at the door that they’re closing early, rather than being rude to it’s own customers.

We are also the owners of couple of restaurants and if we say we serve till TEN then it means we serve till our said hours, no matter what the situation is, and sometimes even after our closing hour if customer is present there before we close our doors. That is how you treat your customers with respect.

This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. A restaurant that can’t honor its own operating hours clearly has no respect for its patrons. I won't be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and choose a restaurant that actually values its customers.

Our go to for a quick bite on a weekend. It’s pretty good and a well balanced meal. Reasonable prices and fair food.
