We ordered the Pad Thai and vegan Kung Pao last night on Uber Eats, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and the portions were just right. The vegan options here taste amazing, definitely one of the best spots for tasty meals. Highly recommend!

I don’t make it a point to post negative reviews but my meal was so bad that I have to. I don’t know what changed at this location but the food is inedible. The pad thai tastes nothing like it used to. Everything about it was off, the taste, the texture, even the look. We spent almost $40 for two meals that we couldn’t even eat they were so bad.

As a cook, one of the worst mistakes you can make is going on your phone while preparing a dish. Why? I don't need to get into details as to why our phones are filthy. If I saw a cook on their phones in one of my kitchens, they would hear about it. Its just not allowed during service. And if that's the standard while customer facing, then let your imagination run wild when it's not customer facing.
That's just it. 3pm and only one dude back there. He was super organized, I'll give him that but no supervisor or quality control. We got ginger beef... Which should be crispy, he fried the ginger beef first and then threw it into the wok before cooking the veg. By the time everything was cooked, the ginger beef was obviously a soggy mess. And all the broccoli ends were browned/oxidized.
Food standards have slipped all over, likely due to incompent management (training standards, cost control practices, quality assurance, careless culture) and this place is no different. If you're going to charge a premium for rice and vegetables, then train your staff to provide a premium, quick fire service. And if it was management there, running solo, I'll pray for them.
Save your money and make food like this at home.
