I’ve ordered from here other times and let it slide because it was from a secondary business like Skip, the dishes or Uber eats. The last two times I ordered directly from here it’s been almost cold. The tracker says it’s on its way for so long. I don’t know if it’s just sitting on top of the oven or they try to deliver multiple orders at the same time but either way I feel like it’s unacceptable. I make a point to deliver directly from them rather now to negate this but it’s not helped. I guess pick up is the only option??

They made the crust on my pizzas very big so there wasn’t a lot of room for toppings and when it comes to toppings they put barely any, I can’t even taste the onions, I’m very disappointed

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza, there was enough toppings on it for a small one topping pizza. The lady working at the front was rubbing her nose and face while they proceeding to handle dough without washing her hands.

NOT RECOMMENDED - TRY LOCAL INSTEAD The consistency of this restaurant is by far, far, far the biggest issue. Their Pizza can be great on one week, and terrible the next. They need to focus on training in the kitchen. I ordered a Philly Cheese and 2 others on our triple play. There is absolutely no chance they weighed any of the ingredients. The MEDIUM pizza was very small (shrinkflation) and I asked for double toppings on the Philly. I took a slice and picked it apart, there was barely SINGLE toppings, let alone double. Do not order double toppings, they will rip you off. We won't be going here again, too inconsistent. Fire the guy working 2024/09/25 and train your staff better

*edit* The owner contacted me and offered a discount and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Pizza is the usual quality and good, ready very quickly. The marinara sauce that came with the cheese sticks was rancid (sept 3/24) - I tried calling the restaurant with zero luck getting through to anyone. Wanted to let them know they were giving rancid sauce out to customers! Since they didnt answer the phone I am reviewing here. Hopefully no one else gets served the same sauce.
