The best croissant I have had outside of Paris. Please support this local Parisien pastry chef. We need to keep him here!

So so so delicious! I purchased the pain au chocolat and it’s so delicious and easy to prepare. I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll be sending everyone I know here as well! Pascal and Lison are amazing!!

A little bit of France in Canada. I bought the 6-pack frozen pain au chocolate croissants and baked them at home. Voila, an amazing flaky pastry. I will be back to buy more of these decadent pastries and try other options from the frozen pantry selection.

Wonderful concept of bringing hand made pastries to be freshly baked in your own home. Tastes fantastic (especially hot out of the oven), and I adore the heritage and craft this bakery stands for.

This is one of the best gems in town! All of Pascal’s products will make you salivate and go back for more. They are tender, flaky pastries that feed the soul. As a pastry chef, I have never tried (or even made) anything as exceptional as these croissants (of all varieties). He sets the bar high and lives up to his own standard every time.I’ve read other reviews online and am shocked that some have written about bad customer service from a woman that works there. This has never been my experience (by Pascal or any staff). I can’t know who served them but the woman I usual see is fantastic. She is proud of their French culture and products (as you would want in an authentically French pastry shop) but has never been rude or condescending about it. She and Pascal are always welcoming. I couldn’t say anything negative about them. The quality of product they make is worth every penny, in my opinion, and will elevate your breakfast/coffee/morning/party/etc.Thanks for serving our community, Pascal!

Best croissants in Canada!Great service, staff is nice. Best croissant i ever tasted. They are all made with natural ingredients which makes a huge difference compared to factory made croissants. I really like the pain aux raisins as well.Really recommended!

Excellent product. Used to have to go to Calgary to get something like this. You can’t get a fresher, better-quality pastry in town. While some may think they’re pricey, it works out to about $3.75 pastry, which isn’t more than you’d pay for a lesser product elsewhere. And you can eat them freshly-baked, right in your home!

I don't think I've ever eaten a real croissant until today! The quality and lightness of the dough, the flavor, the texture, everything was wonderful and different from anything I've ever eaten! If you were a coffee shop, I would definitely consume it more often due to the convenience of buying it ready-made.

What a way to start the day, cappuccino, fresh baked almond croissants and to top it off, in my own kitchen. When walking into the store I was welcomed by a very warm and cheerful lovely lady who helped with my order. She was answering questions I didn't even think of asking and with complete knowledge of the menu she represented the store with care!. Kudos all around! Next weekend Pain au Chocolat !!!

Wow, this is by far the best croissant I've ever tried. The exterior is perfectly light and crispy, but the inside remains fluffy, soft, and tender. And most importantly, you can taste the high-quality butter without overly being heavy. You can definitely tell it is hand-crafted pasty. The only limitation is that you do have to wait and proof and bake it your-self, which does require patience:)
