A masterpiece of a pastry, you can tell that Pascal is truly a master of the art form. The almond croissant is a perfect balance of light and delicate, flaky and buttery - filled with warm molten deliciousness. Simply amazing and a must have.
Just amazing. My only complaint is that I didn’t discover this place sooner. I’ve tried the chouquettes, croissants and pain au chocolat - all came out perfect. Love this place so much!
It has been years since I've enjoyed Pascal's . I was so delighted when I moved to Cochrane and discovered that they had made the move as well.
Day one in our new home was full of the fresh scent of cinnamon and French pastry. Pascal makes the best pastries I've ever had.
