Sadly I witnessed the current Sunday event. I'm sure it was distress on both ends and to see the behavior on Facebook is truly disheartening. I will say I am local, and would like to remind everyone that there are 2 sides to every story... Merry Christmas to all and remember it's only God at the end who gets to judge. 🙏

I was cut in line and ignored by the sole visible employee (a woman), despite standing behind my friend as she ordered before me.
After my friend’s order immediately delivered, I waited at the empty counter for fifteen minutes. Then I went around the corner to the other counter, getting the attention of the employee; who upon getting to the resister instead served three women who had arrived a few minutes ago.
While I waited again at the counter, I saw the second employee (a man) in the back of the kitchen on his phone for several minutes. My friend also watched him and the situation for an extended period of time.

This was extremely unprofessional behaviour by the two staff I saw. Disregarding customers, no acknowledgment or explanation for skipped service, and little if any customer service. (Not including taking my order and payment- that is standard.) It is management’s responsibility to ensure there is enough properly-trained staff at all times, and they’ve clearly missed the mark.
Despite loving and reccommending Patsy’s with my family for 12 years, I sadly cannot continue to patronize or recommend it as a café if my experience today is the current norm.

Patsy's Place is the best! The owner is one of the most kind hearted human beings, the employees are always smiling & friendly, and the food is always amazing. Patsy's place is such an asset to the SLS Centre and to our community!

Quality + quality for cost: need improvement.

Their food is not too bad, it is just overpriced.

I can see that because they are the closest food location; the only option for majority of people would be to get food here... However; with Coop across the street as well as more business's to come, it will be difficult for them to maintain the high prices for their food. Coop has better options for food, healthier & definitely better quality + quantity. Example; a whole roast chicken with fries/side, cost less/almost same amount as 2 sandwiches from this cafe, and you can feed at least 4 people.

Some options, you are served chips on the side which is not a good option(not indicated on the menu). I ended up throwing out a large sized box of chips because no one enjoyed them paired with the main/very boring/tasteless. If you want fries, it's an upcharge.

$30 for a BLT sandwich & a chicken club sandwich is not justified by the quality & quantity; neither is $7 for a small box of fries.

3 stars because of portions and price. Two negatives. BLT with a handful of chips, not worth 14 bucks, add more chips and maybe. 8 dollars for a tiny milkshake, not worth i bucks.. Food tasted great. The milkshake tasted great and the poutine was good.

Play atmosphere great food and nice people behind the desk, however their pogos are from literally Walmart and Costco if you look at the pogo stick it has the Pogo brand on it and they're selling them for $3 and something cents. Kind of a rip-off since the big box of pogos of 20 in Walmart cost only $17

The burgers tasted pretty good and the staff was friendly. Kids meals are quite pricey though for an arena diner. 3 kids meal cost 40 bucks. One of the kids meals was 2 tiny chicken strips and half a handful of fries. Not a great value tbh.

Always busy on game day/night so plan accordingly. The bacon mushroom burger is fantastic - a perfect combination of textures and flavours - crisp bacon and sautéed onion & mushroom compliment the cheesiness and garlic sauce. The chili cheese hotdog is thick and delicious. Wish fries were crispier but that’s my personal preference. Staff always great and run a prompt operation

Patsy’s Place is an absolute gem! Their lemon meringue pie is hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly tart, sweet, and airy. My son can’t get enough of their crispy, golden fries, and I can’t blame him! The front staff are the friendliest around, always welcoming with a smile, and Patsy herself is just lovely. A must-visit spot for great food and even better hospitality! Highly recommend!

I was craving something after a work out and decided to try the chicken Apple Brie sandwhich it was about $14.25 and absolutely delicious. I am always game for more apples, but I can’t complain! It came with some chips which was a nice touch!
