Red Swan Pizza

The worst customer service, do not recommend. We were delivered a taco pizza that was run through the oven with lettuce on it, it was brown and wilted. When we called, it was such an incredible hassle. Took over an hour to get it all figured out. My husband ended up having to take the pizza back to the store, where they issued us a refund - no offer to make us a new pizza. This is not the first time that we have run into issues with this business. Customer beware, and take your business elsewhere.

Ever since Red Swan pizza opened in Cochrane they have been our pizza spot. Pizzas are always delicious with tons of flavor. We stopped in on November 3rd and the gentleman at the front was so very helpful with helping us choose the right ingredients for our two medium two topper pizzas. I can't remember his name but I want to say he gave exceptional customer service. Thanks Red Swan !!!

The pizza is decent, but they are so unreliable that it may not be worth even trying. Their website routinely says "55 minutes" for delivery, but that is NEVER the case. The last time I gave up after an hour and a half, drove to the store front, and they hadn't even started making it.
Maybe try them on a Monday or Tuesday, but don't bother on a weekend. With the number of pizza shops in Cochrane, there is no reason to be disappointed with late pizza.

"Just wrapped up an off-road session with friends. Great experience overall, but disappointed they didn’t offer hand wash or hand sanitizer. Hoping for better amenities next time around."
