I waited 40 minutes for a mobile order today. I ordered ONE caramel macchiato. I've noticed that some Starbucks locations shut down mobile orders when they get a large influx of customers, but that didn’t seem to be the case here. The employees could have worked more efficiently, but instead, they were chatting amongst themselves, clearly unfazed by the delay, even after I mentioned it to them. It seems to be a pattern based on past reviews. I won't ever be returning to this location.

15 minute wait for an Americano with no one in front of me. No heads up the order was going to take so long. When I let them know I had an appointment to be at, zero effort to accommodate. I had to leave without my order and no time to ask for a refund, none offered. No apology. Just a blank stare at me saying they have a lot of drinks to make. Never again Cochrane Starbucks. Service is always so slow in the cafe with no customer service savvy.

Super slow location, they don’t seem to care. Waited over 15 mins and still nothing, they prioritize the drivethru, there was almost no one inside.i spent almost $7 on a coffee and left without it because I could not wait any longer. Also, inconsistency, we have bought a decaf Iced oat gingerbread chai last time and this time the girl said it is not possible to do decaf, not even sure what is the truth now. I will be very reluctant to stop there in the futur.

Waited 27 min for a mobile order. No acknowledgment that this was a long wait and the employee was even annoyed when i asked if she could confirm my order was in queue. I was told there was 10 more people in front of me after I had been waiting 20 minutes. When I picked my drink I asked if this wait time was normal and she replied “yes”. Wild to me that this is normal for 1 Americano Misto. Never in any Starbucks have I waited this long and I have had many say that they appreciate me waiting even when it was WAY less of a wait. Worst Starbucks experience ever.
