The last three times i've ordered from there, my drink is completely wrong. First I was given a tall when I ordered a grande, then I ordered vanilla cold foam and was given whipped cream twice, despite the ticket clearly stating what I ordered. Very frustrating as I order through the app so I have time on my 15min break to pick it up, so I have no time for the drink to be remade... Disappointing no one seems to be reading the tickets and just throwing drinks out carelessly... Then if I ask a question about my drink, or ask it to be remade, I get attitude. If it was made properly in the first place, I wouldn't have to ask, but here we are. Please do better.

I'll be generous with my review mostly because I'm a homeowner in the area, and I often stop by starbucks around the continent to close business deals on my phone.
But the service here can really improve. The kids working there seem very jaded and they totally miss the opportunity to connect better with a customer like myself who happens to be an award nominated recording artist and featured on over 60 TV programs as well as a global business leader.
These kids are way too jaded. They need the right perspective.

Service time has gone to absolute garbage, spending 30 minutes in the drive through when there's only 3 vehicles in front of you is ridiculous. Going inside is no better employees lounge around behind the counter letting orders pile up.

It was really busy, and a couple Karen’s of Cochrane were being rude because their coffee wasn’t ready on demand. I patiently waited for my obesity coffee, and the staff seemed to appreciate not being treated like trash.

Just went to get a coffee at the Safeway location at 7:10pm and I was told there's no coffee because she just poured it out. Not sure what she plans on doing with the last 50 minutes of her shift, but I'm guessing it's not work and she's hoping to leave early.

Went somewhere else cause they had only one person working. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. This seems to be a common issue at this location.

This Starbucks is brutal. I have to plan for at least 30 minutes for an order because both the drive through and in-store are so slow. And I've gotten burned by ordering mobile and showing up to pick it up and they've randomly locked the door because they're understaffed so I just lost my money and points because I can get my drink. I go back because there are so few options in Cochrane but it really is horrible and I don't know why they can't fix it.
